I discuss the movie Donnie Darko, how I interpreted it to describe why I've started this podcast. Once again I Stumble over my words quite a bit but hopefully with time and experience I wont do that anymore.

This is my launch/pilot episode talking about what it means to "Be the Sunshine". Just as a sunflower follows the sun for energy, be that person who people go to when they need energy- spread positivity and being the sunshine. P.s. The motto was originally used by the Dutch Republic. It was derived from the Latin phrase concordia res parvae crescunt ("small things flourish by concord"), used in the Bellum Iugurthinum of Roman Republican writer Sallust.
