  • Trusting the Timing:-Embracing Your Journey

“You can’t start the next chapter of your life if you keep reading the last one” unknown

So I went to a retreat in Whistler BC Canada, February 12 , hosted by the beautiful and talented, one and only, Hina Khan world renowned, motivational speaker, who is a force by herself in empowering and making leaders she has embrace on this role as a psychotherapist and motivational speaker for (over 20+ yrs) major companies she is self-made multi millionaire, and she is incredible at supporting, encouraging women worldwide. She has an incredible supportive team, but also a world wide community that truly love and support each other.

My episode this week was so timing because we were derailed so many times on our journey getting back home but the support amount these 40+ empowered, strong women and Hina Khan, all the way supporting us never leaving us to wonder or to figure out how are we getting back home, so amazing to see our community that support each each and encourage with open hearts and kindness. It really brought everything home because now we were witnessing, not just words, but action played, and we were witnessing the effects of each other, reaching out and supporting each other with kindness and compassion empathy as we try to get to our families, as you all know, and if you don’t, Canada had a major storm as we were heading back home, which shut down the airport our flight was turned back halfway into our 5 hours journey. We were return back from Pearson to Vancouver and then our flights were cancelled two more times, unfortunately because Pearson had an a plane crash, thankfully no one lost their lives . Needless to say , This was indeed scary time because we were heading home and Pearson was experiencing just something they hadn’t ever but the bond we created at the Four-season Hotel in Whistler cemented what we have learned, we were so fortunate to have a special speaker that hit this mindset out of the ball park, his name is the incredible snd powered motivational speaker , “Sanyika The Firestarter Street” who spoke on the power of, ‘I Am’ and then he spoke later on the power of ‘Be You’ and this was an incredible speaker. He is known for raising from the ashes and empowering each other today to love yourself, and believe in yourself.

I’ve also learned that kindness is doing what you can where you are and with what you have , it’s not about perfection it’s about being real, ‘Be You’

I also learned that you will find awesome women along the way strong, powerful women with kind hearts also learned that not to assume, not to judge, get to know and also give of yourself openly if you want to receive openly😊💕

Today’s episode was so timely, “ trusting the timing: embracing your journey “ I want to encourage each one of you to shift your perspective instead of beating yourself up over what didn’t happen. Focus on what’s happening around you now, look for the good, look for what you can learn, and look for what you can give because you will receive back 1000 fold over.

If this episode resonate, would you share with someone? we are in a time of our life where we need each other especially as women we need to encourage. We need to lift up each other, so please share with someone that you think that needs to hear this. Follow and share wherever you are podcasting.

And let me know how you are trusting your timing and embracing your journey .

There were so many incredible miracles that happen on this retreat on our way getting home I wanna break all of those because the women on this journey have some of the most incredible stories to tell, ‘finding your way home’

Until next time, stay empowered and remember to be your amazing self. Love you all wherever you are.💕

    Finding her way home. 🤪🤷🏽‍♀️

  • Aligning- What you Give/Expect

“We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give.” Winston Churchill

This is a profound and timeless wisdom

Winston Churchill's quote highlights the distinction between merely existing and truly living. It emphasizes the importance of shifting our focus from accumulation and personal gain to contribution and generosity.

    _Here’s my…….Reflection_

In today's fast-paced, often materialistic world, it's easy to get caught up in the pursuit of wealth, status, and power. We may measure our success by the size of our bank accounts, the number of our possessions, or the extent of our influence. However, Churchill's quote reminds us that this approach to life is limited and ultimately unfulfilling.

When we focus solely on what we can get, we may achieve a certain level of comfort, security, or recognition. Yet, this mindset can also lead to:

    1. _Emptiness_: Despite our outward successes, we may feel unfulfilled, disconnected, and lacking a sense of purpose.

    2. _Isolation_: Our relentless pursuit of personal gain can lead to social isolation, as we prioritize our own interests over the needs and well-being of others.

    3. _Disconnection_: We may lose sight of our values, passions, and long-term goals, as we become mired in the pursuit of short-term gains.

In contrast, when we focus on what we can give, we open ourselves up to a more meaningful, connected, and purpose-driven life. By prioritizing contribution, generosity, and service, we can:

    1. _Find fulfillment_: We may discover a sense of purpose and satisfaction that goes beyond material success.

    2. _Build connections_: By investing in others, we can foster deeper, more meaningful relationships and a greater sense of community.

    3. _Leave a lasting impact_: Our contributions can have a positive, lasting impact on the world around us, creating a legacy that extends far beyond our own lifetimes.

This is what you can do……..

As we reflect on Churchill's wisdom, let's ask ourselves:

    1. What can I give to others today?

    2. How can I contribute to my community, my relationships, or my world?

    3. What values, passions, or goals can I prioritize to create a more meaningful, purpose-driven life?

By embracing a mindset of generosity, contribution, and service, we can transform our lives and create a lasting, positive impact on the world around us.

Thank you for sharing and following, support our community and be a part of this amazing journey 💯

  • The Mask we Wear- Solitude as a Superpower

“sometimes the loudest thing you can do for yourself is to be silent”

This is profound and thought-provoking reflection, for everyone

highlighting the complex and often misunderstood relationship between introversion, solitude, and personal power.

Introverts, indeed, often crave solitude, and this craving is rooted in several reasons:

    1. *Recharging energy*: Introverts tend to expend energy in social interactions, whereas solitude allows them to recharge and refuel.

    2. *Self-reflection and introspection*: Solitude provides introverts with the space to explore their thoughts, emotions, and desires, helping them gain a deeper understanding of themselves.

    3. *Avoiding sensory overload*: Introverts may feel overwhelmed by the constant stimuli and social demands of the external world. Solitude offers a refuge from this sensory overload.

    4. *Fostering creativity and productivity*: Solitude can be a catalyst for creativity, innovation, and productivity. Introverts often find that solo work and reflection help them tap into their inner sources of inspiration.

    5. *Maintaining authenticity*: By spending time alone, introverts can reconnect with their true selves, unencumbered by the expectations and influences of others.

The quote mentioned, "Sometimes, the loudest thing you can do for yourself is to be silent," beautifully captures the essence of solitude as a superpower.

In a world that often values extroversion and constant social interaction, introverts can feel pressure to conform. However, embracing solitude as a superpower allows introverts to:

    1. *Reclaim their time and energy*: By prioritizing solitude, introverts can focus on their own needs and desires.

    2. *Cultivate self-awareness and self-acceptance*: Solitude provides introverts with the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of themselves, their values, and their passions.

    3. *Unlock their creative potential*: Solitude can be a powerful catalyst for creativity, innovation, and problem-solving.

Your reflection encourages you to rethink your assumptions about introversion and solitude,

By embracing solitude as a superpower, introverts can tap into their inner strength, creativity, and resilience, ultimately leading to a more authentic, fulfilling, and empowered life.

  • Water your own Grass

I love this quote, hi it’s Deb,

“ the grass isn’t always greener on the other side-it’s green where you water it”. unknown

It's such a powerful reminder that happiness, success, and fulfillment are not necessarily found by constantly seeking something better elsewhere. Instead, they can be cultivated right where we are.

This quote beautifully illustrates the importance of:

    1. _Appreciation_: Recognizing and valuing what we already have.

    2. _Nurturing_: Investing time, effort, and care into the things that matter to us.

    3. _Gratitude_: Focusing on the good things in our lives, rather than constantly desiring something more.

By "watering our own grass," we can:

    1. _Find contentment_: Appreciate what we have, rather than constantly striving for something better.

    2. _Cultivate growth_: Nurture our relationships, skills, and passions to help them flourish.

    3. _Develop resilience_: Learn to adapt and thrive in our current circumstances, rather than constantly seeking a "greener" pasture.

This mindset shift can have a profound impact on our lives, helping us to:

    1. _Reduce dissatisfaction_: Let go of the constant desire for something better.

    2. _Increase fulfillment_: Find happiness and contentment in our current circumstances.

    3. _Improve relationships_: Nurture and appreciate the people and relationships in our lives.

Thank you for sharing your time here, I hope this inspiring quote, leaves you feeling better about yourself what you have, if it resonates with you, share it with others who needs to hear it. 😊💯

  • The Power of Choice

Aristotle said, “we are what we repeatedly do. Excellence then is not an act but a habit.”

Aristotle's words echo through the ages, reminds us that excellence is not a singular achievement, but a consistent practice.

Aristotle's statement invites us to reflect on our daily habits and actions. We often strive for excellence in our endeavors, but do we consistently cultivate the habits necessary to achieve it? Excellence is not a destination; it's a continuous journey of refinement and improvement.

The truth is that our habits shape us. What we repeatedly do becomes an integral part of who we are. When we prioritize excellence in our daily lives, it becomes a habitual pursuit. We begin to embody excellence, and it manifests in various aspects of our lives.

    *Key Takeaways*

    1. *Consistency is key*: Excellence is not a one-time achievement; it's the result of consistent effort and dedication.

    2. *Habits shape us*: Our daily habits, whether good or bad, shape our character and influence our lives.

    3. *Excellence is a journey*: Excellence is not a destination; it's a continuous process of growth, learning, and improvement.

    *Affirmation*

Repeat this affirmation to yourself: "I commit to cultivating excellence in my daily life, embracing it as a habit that shapes my character and guides my actions."

Take a moment to reflect on your daily habits. Identify areas where you can strive for excellence and make a conscious effort to cultivate habits that support your growth and development.💯

Here’s a quote by- Hal Elrod

“ the moment you take the responsible for your life is the moment you realize you can change everything in your life”

This quote brought it home for me, it resonated in my deepest core, I realized that is exactly what I was finally doing, I am changing everything in my life.

This episode is meant to be a wake up call, let it be your yes., the time to stop sitting on the sideline of your life.

So what is meant by being your empower self well it’s not about having all the answers. It’s about trusting yourself enough to start anyway., to start where you’re at to start with what you have.

This episode talks about five steps that can help you do exactly that.

But here’s the truth you need to hear:-

No one is coming to save you. I think we’ve heard that before the understanding that we need to stop being the victim in our life, you need to claim your power or you will keep waiting for a life that never arrives. That’s what waiting does, it gives you a sense of shallow purpose, the perhaps you need help, that maybe there is someone out there that will help you fulfil your dreams and purpose. There is help, but must start with you first for instance. This podcast is a way of helping you empower you to become the best version of yourself empower you to take those steps that you need. This podcast is an anchor to stabilize you.

And I hope you realize that this episode is a place from love not a scare anyone, it is meant to free you. So I hope you enjoy it, and I hope you apply the tips and practical helps that are given in your life. It does have the ability to change you change your mindset when applied

    Here’s an affirmation-

“I am strong. I am capable.. I own my power and take action every day to clear the life. I deserve.”

Say it every day say it like you mean it because when you start speaking it, you start living.

  • You Manifest What You Believe

“We don’t get what we ask for—— we get what we believe”

That’s a powerful statement, but more so a powerful truth , and it can change and give you a mindset shift

What we believe about ourselves isn’t just a thought we carry in our minds —-it’s a signal we broadcast for the world. It’s in the energy we radiate the way we carry ourselves and the silence story, that our body languagetells.

Hi welcome I’m Debb to be your empowered self. I don’t hear you will find the encouragement the empowerment and the support you need today. Today I’m sharing my two cents, but I’m also embracing my pearl of wisdom that I’ve acquired over the years in life experience. I’m sharing the things I’ve learned and so many of us have learned and want to share with others.

Today I was listening to Tony Robbins , and he brilliant he is a motivational speaker that has been helping people for over 48 years and I love his story and if you don’t know his story, look it up he’s remarkable in all the people that he’s helped over his 48 years, you be amazed I was actually didn’t realize all the people that he had worked with like from presidents to, Princess, Diana, famous singer, famous athletes, and I don’t think there’s not one person he hasn’t worked with and then thousands and thousands of other people that he’s helped through his programs and his his incredible way of teaching others.

Anyway, what I’ve learned from him is that , we’re all connected in some ways we all on the basic level have the same needs, and we’re all looking to achieve the same things in life. When you think about it, aren’t we all looking to have happy families be safe have enough food roof overhead and something to wear., Of course, many of us desire, bigger fulfilment in life, and I love his story because his idea of doing more was helping more. So what a great example for anyone that wants to help others.

Today show is a wonderful show and it’s helps us to really understand that believe is such a key core fundamental foundation we must have to succeed . And this is not topical . This is a core belief that we’ve always had, but we must each one of us are responsible for achieving and maintaining our believe in ourselves and in life., and it really doesn’t matter what challenges or circumstances we face it is within us to know that we can still succeed and believe in ourselves .

Thank you so much for being here with me today and I hope, well, this episode is short, but I hope it actually gives you what you need

Until next time, keep believing in yourself 💯
