Can we use it in a helpful way and how to we minimize the negative impact? Today's guest is going to share with us her philosophy as well as how she helps her clients with this issue.
Jaime Filer's professional career in the fitness industry spans over 18 years. She started out as a trainer in Toronto, Canada, and has done everything from run an internationally published magazine to compete in Crossfit and bodybuilding on the national stage.
Through all this, her love of coaching always called her back. What drives her is her passion for helping women with emotional eating issues and overwhelm / anxiety - having struggled with anorexia herself for 10 years.
She thrives off being able to impact thousands of lives per day with her team at Filer Fitness, and making sure that clients all over the world become the people they're supposed to be.
