In this episode, Beatriz chats with Yovana Rosales, an AI educator specializing in helping women of color leverage AI to boost their businesses and professions. They discuss the history and rapid growth of AI, its applications in various fields, and the importance of inclusivity and representation in AI development. Dive into the essential skills and innovations necessary for entrepreneurial success while learning how to ethically and effectively use AI tools for professional and personal growth.
As the CEO & Founder of AI.Latina, Yovana is an AI Latina Entrepreneur in Tech and represents less than 1% Latina women in STEM in the AI industry.
Yovana is dedicated to identifying and addressing the challenges communities face when embarking on their journey to learn about AI (artificial intelligence). She empowers community members to confidently take risks in learning and leveraging AI tools, enabling them to scale their professions, their entrepreneurial business, develop self-care routines, and use AI as their personal assistants.
Through her work, Yovana aims to empower her community by sharing knowledge about how AI can be effectively utilized to support both entrepreneurial and corporate ventures. Recognizing that burnout is a significant challenge faced by many individuals, Yovana seeks to demystify AI and demonstrate how it can be practically implemented to enhance efficiency and productivity.
By providing her community with the tools to harness AI technology, Yovana strives to help them reduce burnout and unlock their full potential. Her ultimate goal is to create an environment where every member of her community feels empowered to leverage AI in their daily lives and businesses, fostering personal and professional growth and enabling them to thrive in all aspects of their lives.
