This week Mike, Ryan, and Charlie got caught up on the busy spring they have had and then discussed some of the current conspiracies in the hunting world. Some of it makes no sense, some of it contains just enough truth to make you wonder, and some of it might make you think there really are Mt Lions in NY. Join the fun and enjoy the laughs, and don't take us too seriously. Also be sure to check out our new monthly StoryCasts on the first Friday of every month.
However, please take our supporters seriously:

This week we took the podcast on the road. This spring we picked up a 63 acre lease that we are tentatively calling "The Annex." It's 6 miles from our cabin and property. Ryan Marti and I grabbed the binos and went over to do some scouting from the bed of the truck. While we were there we decided to hit record. We saw plenty of deer, talked about tree stand placements, and buying stands off the side of the road. Hope this gets you as excited for deer season as it did for us.

Charlie's fiancee joins the show this week and shares about her first hunting experiences, her health journey and her and Charlie's experience shopping for their garden. She is great addition to the family and truthfully should be hosting this podcast going forward. I doubt you'll want to skip this one.

This week Ryan and I talk about the loss of his family hunting property in northern NY, we chat about a new piece of ground we just leased, and we tackled the issue of birds getting in the wood stove. This episode is largely just a casual conversation. We apologize for the few audio issues, cell service was sketchy but the conversation was rich. Enjoy.
