The life of a creator can be full of anxiety, fear of judgement and a constant feeling of not being good enough. Always looking at the numbers, comparing ourselves to others and even at times seeking external validation can make maintaining good mental health a daunting task. But as we discuss in this episode a strong, caring and supportive community of people can make a huge impact on your life and that little pink blob in your head.
We begin the episode with Jiggs' story on what lead him up to this point of nearly losing all hope, and how he became familiar with Twitch: the platform that despite receiving quite some negative press over recent years, became his second home that connected him with some amazing people who together built an incredible community.
We then touch on the emotional currency transferred when supporting creators financially, how making mistakes and learning from them helps us develop our craft. Then to finish finish off, Jiggs gives his advice on how to take stock of your situation when feeling like all hope is lost.

During a 30 hour birthday stream, we interviewed a ton of amazing guests with Andy being one of them. We discuss how we can use social media to our advantage and how to prevent ourselves from spending too much time doom scrolling and more time being productive.

Change is scary, but it can also be good. In this short episode I talk about how change can be something that forces us to adapt and come out the other side better than before.
