Eric is a Canadian-certified counselor with over 14 years of professional counseling experience in the US and Canada. He specializes in working with people experiencing trauma, addiction, depression, ADHD, grief, anxiety, and relationship concerns. Eric is a master practitioner of ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) and basic trained in EMDR.

Eric has written a book titled "The Martial Art of Recovery: Self-Mastery Practices to Subdue Addiction and Achieve Mental Wellness." He is currently having his second book worked on by an editor and cover designer before publication.

You can find Eric biking on pathways in local parks, hiking near and far, writing, enjoying meeting new people, and trying new foods to keep his palette guessing.
