What do you do at the beginning of your carrier in any industry, the short answer is, you do whatever it takes to get know, so that means either going to the local meetups, events, seminars, joining courses, etc. basically doing everything to get exposure, because if know one will know you, no one will do business with you.

Pawel has been in the music industry for a long time and maybe you're just starting things out, so this one is for you guys who just started your path in the music industry and you're trying to figure things out, I hope this trick was helpful for you.

At the beginning of our business we are almost forced to do everything by ourselves, but when the time goes and the business grows you need to start thinking how to free up your time from the "boring" activities so you could do the things that are really  important. 

How do you know if you came across a great deal, it may look good from the outside, but if it don't make dollars it don't make sense. That's why you need to develop and have a way of looking at deals to know that they fit in your financial criteria and that it will bring your desired returns. 

Different strategies apply in the different real estate markets, sometimes you need to look back in the past to determine whats going to happen in the future as markets same is life or anything else on earth is a cyclical thing. I wish that Chris advice for now in this given moment will help you to reach your real estate goals.  

Almost everyone has some money put aside, it's either a pension fund, a savings account, cash account or the money sitting under the mattress. All you have to do, is to be able to pitch your story to your potential investors and you can learn that and more in the new Chris book.
