Some things to look at when underwriting the deal: 1.Lease expiration of the current tenants during the hold period. 2.Renewal probability for the tenants with leases expiring. 3.Projected market rents for the building as the in-place leases expire. 4.Expected costs (tenant improvements, leasing commissions and downtime) to renew the existing tenant or get the space released. #multifamily #realestate #investing

All deals are different and it its and to determine what makes a great financing great, couple things are for sure, don't over leverage, most of the people have lost their properties in the downturn, which will happen sooner or later again and think about your investors, what return you are going provide them and maybe getting a 75% LTV then 80%makes more sense in the particular deal. Additional note, have an expert in your team who can get the best financing deals. #multifamily #realestate #investing
