Shana L. Dacon-Pereira, MPH, MBA, CPXP is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in diversity and inclusion. As the Assistant Vice President for Corporate Health System Affairs at Mount Sinai Health System, she plays a crucial role in shaping DEI strategies and initiatives. With her expertise in patient experience and unconscious bias education, Shana leads educational sessions and creates content to promote a culture of radical inclusion in healthcare settings.

Sherkera Green is a Vice President Business Consultant specializing in Executive Coaching for business owners through the Chase for Business Coaching for Impact program. In this role, she offers personalized 1:1 coaching and consultation tailored to address specific business needs, helping entrepreneurs and business owners achieve their goals and maximize their impact.
