At around 4 years old Kylie was diagnosed with Leigh's disease. Doctors told her parents she wouldn't live past the age of eight or be able to do anything for herself. Kylie has defied all odds and has not let her diagnosis hold her back from her dreams. I was honored to talk to Kylie about what Leigh's disease is, what life looks like for her and How she gets through her hard days.
