What was been a crazy NFL season somewhat settled down in week 8 but.. then the Ja'marr Chase injury news tanked the Bengals and the Browns boatraced them on National TV. Meanwhile, Geno Smith and Seattle continues to play great football, The Jets will always be the Jets and Kyle Shanahan OWNS Sean McVay. All this in NFL review. Week 8. #LFG

Tonight's game preview..................The suddenly slumping Bucs face a strong Baltimore Ravens team on Thursday Night Football. Lamar Jackson and friends are a tough, physical bunch that makes u show up or get run out. Tampa will need to step up and eliminate the mental errors/poor plays that have plagued the squad over the last 2 weeks. #LFG

The NFL continues to show weekly why they are king. Yes-- The Chiefs are real good. Ask the 49ers. But the Bears went into Foxboro and smoked the Patriots.  The Commanders beat the Packers and the Giants continue to win close games under 1st yr  Head Coach Brian Daboll. Hell, even the Jets-- THE JETS-- are winning.  This league is  crazy but in a fun way and entertaining as hell.  #LFG

My boys did it!  They won the Merrimack Valley Conference undisputed league Title for the 1st time since 1975. Beav was lucky enough to visit with the team for the Methuen game week and recorded this podcast with 8 Members of the MVC Champs! A long ,strange week for the Bucs and the NFL. The team hopes to redeem themselves after the awful loss to the Steelers last Sunday. Week 6 showed us lots of the same ( Josh Allen and Patrick Mahomes are real good) with some new sprinkling in ( The NY Jets, Bailey Zappe and.. Geno Smith!!).  Teams are starting to separate and distance themselves from others in the playoff chase. Meanwhile, Brian Daboll and his NY Giants squad continue to find ways to win and keep the heat on the top team in the NFC, The Philadelphia Eagles.  #LFG

For those of you who want to hear what Beav is like after a BAD loss, this is your podcast. BAD losses are defined by The Team doing things they control (Preparation, effort, playing smart, discipline , play calling,etc) well. The Bucs did none, NONE of these at an acceptable level. This performance was sub standard and an example of why you must show up and compete. Every down and every play. Because if you don't, THIS happens. I don't know OR CARE who we play next week. I know if Tampa does not fix these problems, we won't win 2 more games all yr. This game was a disgrace. Corrections begin and end with me and the QB. That starts now.

The Buccaneers travel to the Steel City Sunday to face a true glamour franchise- The Pittsburgh Steelers. Mike Tomlin's team is struggling and now heavily injured with 6 key defenders including superstar pass rusher and defending NFL defensive player of the year TJ Watt missing this game. The team is trying to break in rookie QB Kenny Pickett behind a porous OL and ineffective run game. The Steelers are a shadow of what they have been and it is imperative that the Bucs come out fast and keep them there.
