Podcast, today’s conversation is about the two types of coping mechanisms, the maladaptive and the adaptive types. I’ll be sharing a little research I’ve found to be interesting. I will also be sharing my experiences with unhealthy mechanisms i developed as a child and what I am doing now to help with the stress relieve with no long term damage to the psyche.
I am not a doctor or a psychologist yet, that is a journey I can’t wait to explore but for now I’ll be sharing my research on the different mental health topic that seems to be a taboo in our society. While replacing it with some mindfulness practices.
