Today’s topic is about trauma. First I want to give the definition, it is a deep distressing or disturbing experience. In neuroscience term it is an inner injury, a lasting rupture or split within the self due to difficult or hurtful events. Trauma is not what happened to you, but what happens on the inside of you. So long story short, trauma is what keep you away from your true and soulful self. This is soo important to know because we feel like once something isn’t in our immediate view, we push it away or suppress it. If you know this or not, let me be the first to say it’s not healthy, It keeps you in a loop. Having you wondering “what’s wrong with me?” or making you feel like you don’t belong, when in reality you are just separated from your soul. That’s why it’s important to do our research, try our best to find out or deep rooted issues so we can transcend with ease. Don’t take my word for it, I’m giving you the key to a healthy worm hole, to find out your hidden issues and in the flip side of that you will find all your hidden wisdom that you didn’t have to age a day older to find this out.
Conclusion: We need to stop robbing ourselves, and pay more attention to the NOW. Be more self aware and intentional with all that we do. Be mindful and embrace all that we are.
