Hey girlsss,
Restrict in November. All or nothing in December. Restart stricter in January.
If that sounds familiar, this one’s for you.
In this episode I break down the Christmas loop: why eating less now to “get ahead” is exactly what sets up the December binge and the January restart, and why it feels like your fault every year when it isn’t.
You’ll hear:
You can’t fix December in December. You fix it now.
DM me LOOP on Instagram and tell me which part you recognised most
Always,
Claudia xx
You've been "good" all week. Then the days before your period hit, you're hungry all the time, your sessions feel heavy, and you decide you've failed.
You haven't. That's your cycle.
In this episode I'm joined by Yasmin, founder of HerWellness App, an app that helps women track their cycle and actually understand it. We break down what each phase is doing to your hunger, energy and training, and what to do with that information.
We talk about:
Your cycle is information, not a rulebook.
Yasmin and I are speaking together at InSync on Saturday 31st October, going much deeper into the nutrition and training side of your cycle.

Hello my lovely Girls and welcome back!
This week, we're talking to how we're so quick to price services like the cost of coaching, a physio, course, etc all the time. Yet, we never talk about the cost of staying exactly where you are, because it doesn't come with a price tag.
This week I'm getting into the bill you're paying without ever seeing it, and why the thing that actually decides whether you invest in yourself was never really about money.
If you want support making the changes once and for all, dm me CHANGE on instagram and I'll walk you through your first steps
see you next week,

Hey Girlss,
So, you build the perfect week. Every session planned, every meal prepped. It survives two days, maybe three, then real life shows up and the whole thing falls apart.
This episode is about why that keeps happening and how most of us build weeks that only work if everything goes right.
I'm breaking down the actual shift that makes a week hold up on the days it doesn't, and setting up what we're building out fully on this month's community call!
If you want to extend this further and build your weeks out designed fro success, the join us on this month's free community call [22.09.26 @ 7PM [GMT]]

If this episode landed and you want more guidance in structuring this framework for yourself, dm me on instagram 'START' and I'll run you through an exact plan for you!

Hey Girlss, today we're talking about the excuses that feel valid (the busy work week, the dinner your partner cooked, the gym session you skipped because your partner didn't want to come) and why valid doesn't mean out of your control. I get into the comparison trap (how come she gets results and I don't), why work is always going to be relatively the same so your goals need to adapt around it instead of waiting for it to calm down, and exactly what it looks like to bring the control back to your own progress.
If you've caught yourself blaming your week instead of asking what you can actually control, this one's for you.

Hello my lovely girl, in this weeks ep we dove into the conversation around the hardest point of changing. When coming from ccyels of restriction, etc it's all good when we finally start doing the right thing. But what about when 6-8 weeks down the line, we're still battling with certain patterns, or beliefs that won't go away and we know are holding us back?
Well, that's exactly what we unpack in todays episode!

You've said it before. "I think my metabolism is slow." Maybe a doctor said it to you. Maybe you landed there yourself after years of trying and nothing sticking.
In this episode, I'm breaking down what's actually happening in your body after years of under-eating, why "eat less, move more" stops working the longer you do it, and why the fix is the opposite of what you'd expect. I'm also sharing my own story of going from one meal a day to fully transforming my physique, and what that taught me about how the body actually works.
If this episode hits home, DM me FOOD on Instagram and let's talk about what's going on for you.
Always,
Claudia xx
You've been taught to measure progress by what you cut out. This episode is about the wins that never show up on a scale, a photo, or a caption.
I walk through a client's last 7 weeks, rebuilding trust with food after a close relapse. One fear food at a time. One full meal at a time. No countdown, no urgency, just the slow work of proving to herself she could be trusted again.
I also get into my own story. The moment I realised chasing a smaller body was costing me everything else, and what actually changed the day I stopped.
If you've ever quietly hit a goal nobody clapped for, this one's for you.
Always,
Claudia x
What actually happens when you start eating more after under-eating.
In this episode I break down the bloating, water retention, and hormone shifts that happen when you increase your food after a period of restriction, so you don't need to feel alone in what's happening.
Plus what's waiting on the other side once your body catches up!
If this helped and hit home but want to speak more to it, msg me on insta and we can speak,
