  • The Middle Ground Nobody's Selling You

Scroll for five minutes and you'll find two versions of women's health content: one says discipline is everything, the other says wanting a goal at all means you haven't healed. Different videos, same message, pick a side.

    I'm calling BS on both.

This episode breaks down why SkinnyTok culture and the "never chase anything" backlash are running the exact same control game, just in different outfits. As well as showing you what it actually looks like to feel good in your body today while still working toward something.

    Spoiler: those were never opposites.

If you've ever felt like you had to choose between loving your body and wanting to change it, this one's for you.

  • Why Every Plan You've Tried Has an Expiry Date

Most women who come to me have already tried something. A challenge, a program, a reset and it worked, until it didn't.

In this episode I'm getting into why. Not the surface reason, but the actual structural reason every plan with a finish line eventually falls apart and the specific moment, usually around week 8 or 9, where women pull back right as it's working.

I call it the identity gap. And once you understand what's happening there, the restart cycle starts to make a lot more sense.

This one is for anyone who's ever done everything right and still ended up back at square one wondering what went wrong.

It wasn't you. It was the plan.

  • Why Your Body Isn't Changing (Even Though You're Trying)

You're training. You're eating well. You're being consistent.

    So why isn't anything changing?

This week I'm getting into the actual science behind why effort and results don't always match up and what's really going on in your body when they don't.

    We cover:

    — What muscle growth actually requires (and why yours might not be responding)

    — Metabolic adaptation: what happens to your metabolism when you've been undereating

    — Cortisol, stress, and why your body holds on to fat when you restrict

    — The female-specific piece: how your hormonal cycle affects hunger, energy, and results across the month

This isn't a motivation episode. It's a facts based one. Because when you understand what's happening under the surface, it stops feeling like a personal failure and starts feeling like a solvable problem.

  • What is food noise? And why does it never seem to switch off?

In this episode, we name the thing most women experience but can't quite articulate. That constant mental background chatter about food. What to eat, whether you ate too much, what tomorrow needs to look like to compensate.

It's exhausting. And it has nothing to do with willpower.

We break down why food noise happens, why restriction makes it louder, and why the binge-restrict cycle isn't a personal failure. It's a biological loop. One your body keeps trying to warn you about.

This one is for the woman who thinks about food more than she wants to. Who's convinced this is just how her brain works. Who's tired of white-knuckling her way through the day.

It doesn't have to be this loud.

  • The Binge-Restrict Cycle Explained (and how to escape)

You've been disciplined all day. Then the evening hits and it feels like something takes over. You eat more than you planned, the guilt kicks in, and by morning you're tightening back up and starting over.

    This isn't a willpower problem. It's biology.

In this episode I'm breaking down exactly why the binge-restrict cycle happens, what your hunger hormones are actually doing when you restrict through the day, and why the thing that feels like discipline is often the thing keeping you stuck.

    What we cover:

    • Why restriction through the day almost always leads to overeating at night
    • The role of ghrelin and leptin, and why willpower was never going to win
    • Why the "compensation" phase after a bad night keeps the cycle going
    • What actually needs to change, and where to start

If you've ever felt out of control around food in the evening and wondered what's wrong with you, this episode is for you. Nothing is wrong with you. Your body is doing exactly what a body does when it isn't being fed enough.

  • Scared You’ll Gain Weight If You Start Lifting? Listen to This

If you’ve ever told yourself “I need to fix my nutrition before I start lifting”… this episode is going to challenge everything you think you know.

    Because that belief?
It sounds responsible but it’s actually keeping you stuck.

In this episode, we break down:

    • Why the fear of “gaining weight” from lifting is misunderstood
    • What actually happens in your body when you start resistance training
    • Why waiting for “perfect nutrition” is the reason you’re not seeing results
    • How lifting can improve your relationship with food (not ruin it)
    • And how to start simply, confidently, and without overthinking everything

This isn’t about doing things perfectly.

It’s about understanding that confidence, consistency, and results are built through action, not before it.

If you’ve been stuck in the cycle of:
“I’ll start when I feel more in control…”“I’ll start when my diet is better…”

This episode will show you why the time to start is actually now and how to do it in a way that feels grounded, not overwhelming.

Ready to take the next step?

  • What I Wish I Knew When I Was Stuck in the “I’ll Start Again Monday” Cycle

If you’ve ever found yourself saying,
    “I’ll start again Monday”…

    This episode is for you.

Because that cycle of being “good” during the week, falling off on the weekend, and promising to reset again… isn’t a discipline problem.

    It’s a pattern.

And it’s likely the very thing keeping you stuck.

In this episode, I’m sharing what I wish I knew when I was stuck in that exact cycle — constantly starting over, feeling frustrated, and wondering why nothing was actually changing.

    We talk about:

    • Why the “all or nothing” mindset keeps you stuck

    • What’s really happening when you feel out of control around food

    • The hidden cost of always restarting (that no one talks about)

    • Why this has nothing to do with willpower — and everything to do with your approach

If you feel like you’re always trying to get back “on track”…
this will help you understand why and what actually needs to shift.

Because the goal isn’t to keep starting again.
It’s to build something you don’t feel the need to escape from.

  • You’re Not Overeating, You’re Under-Eating (Why You Lose Control at Night)

    You don’t need discipline.

    You need to eat more.

If you feel “good” all day… only to lose control with food at night, this episode will change the way you see it forever.

Because what you’ve been told is a willpower problem…

    Is actually a biological response.

In this episode of Become Her, we break down:

    - Why under-eating during the day leads to overeating at night

    - The real reason you feel “out of control” around food

    - How restriction is secretly creating the cycle you’re stuck in- Why your body isn’t working against you — it’s trying to protect you- What actually creates calm, control, and food freedom

    If you’ve ever thought:
“Why can’t I just stop eating at night?”“This is a discipline issue”“I need to be stricter tomorrow”

This episode will give you the clarity you’ve been missing.

Ready to break the cycle for good?

I help women rebuild their relationship with food, regulate their eating patterns, and finally feel in control again... without restriction.
