Patterns are the responses, behaviors, and ways of thinking that are happening in the backgroud automatically - think autopilot.
Patterns are good, and we want patterns working so our brains have space to work on more complex challenges.
However, we want to make sure the patterns are aligned with the person we want to be, the very best version of ourselves.
