Welp. I said goodbye to my 2.5 year Insurance Professional career. lol 

Another podcast with some of the cousins! I honestly don't even remember where the conversation went but I'm sure it's a good one. 

I started a new position at work! Sort of. But the new position has me feeling pretty overwhelmed. Am I going backwards in my mental health journey? 

Your girl has been doing a lot better at work with some new coping skills. However, there's still some things I'm not so happy about. 

Most often, people wait until they're desperate, to ask for help.
