I brought Marissa and Nora on the podcast to talk about how their mental health issues impact their romantic relationships.

To be negative, do you need to have the negative intention behind it? Or can you be positive even when discussing negative issues? 

Remember Tracy, my AnxieTwin? Well, we've been apart for basically all year. Let us explain why. Also, she moved away to Montana so now we're apart again. 

I can only speak from my perspective as the kid in this situation. I could go on forever, but my personal thoughts, if it's not working, don't stay together, even if there are kids involved. 

I sat down with my cousin Annel to discuss her story of starting a family at the age of 15. It was to my surprise to find out that she basically planned for her first child this young. The conversation takes a turn toward mental health and how she manages that now to still maintain a healthy family. 

Just venting. I've actually been wanting to talk about my all or nothing way of thinking and this vent session touched on mostly that.
