In this podcast episode (also on YouTube), I am sharing a deeply personal look into my journey through pregnancy loss and stillbirth after losing my baby boy in May.

During a Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) session in July, my heart was cracked wide open. The soul of my son came through to speak with me, bringing profound clarity around our soul contract, the immense power of prayer, and the transformative strength of unconditional love.

OMG I Totally forgot to mention: When I share about Troy praying to keep me on Earth, this was happening 100% on a subconscious level—he was not consciously aware of it at the time, which speaks to the incredible power of our higher consciousness!

Another profound insight I forgot to mention was my son sharing how much this experience helped him evolve as a soul. I also learned through a medium once that some souls choose to experience just a brief moment of a human incarnation—simply for the rich experience of it. He thanked me for the experience and said that my womb was so warm and that he felt so protected and safe the whole time. He also expressed how good it felt to experience human love. How beautiful is that? Knowing this has brought me tremendous peace of mind, and I hope it offers that same comfort to you.

4. The nature of love is to be present and let go at the same time. Life is impermanent, and our challenge is to love deeply without attachment, to embrace the present while knowing that all things evolve.
5. Those we lose are never truly gone—they live through us. Their energy, lessons, and love continue to shape our journey, influencing us in ways we may not even realize.
