The Beer Friends begin with a discussion of new flavor trends in beer as they drink the very interesting new beer, Captain Lawrence Hopsomniac. Phil brings a story of a professional sports stadium that's beer doesn't live up to its ABV, they all bore us all with stories of their "heyday" as "athletes" now that a new Beer Mile record is set, and the guys profess their love for Anderson Valley Brewing as they drink the Winter Solstice Seasonal Ale.
