Liam is an old stalwart in the local craft beer movement and now the new Saggy Stone head brewer. He also started his beer journey around the same time as yours truly. We talk about their experimental beers, as well as collab brews, and how things are changing in the beer industry.

It would surprise you to learn that Hong Kong is a honeypot for craft beer. Well, it did for me at least. The city has hundreds of hip drinking spots according to my brother, who was kind enough to bring me back some super interesting beers.
