  • Awesome Argentina p1.

This week we venture to Argentinian Patagonia; we hike laguna de los tres, the famous fitz roy mountain range and visit the renowned Perito Moreno glacier.

I share with you my hitchhiking and couch-surfing stories, the good the bad and the awesome.

I also update you on the bee inspections and growing stories. And a final tip, change your search engine to Ecosia, who plant trees with every search, all for free!

Thank you also to Danny, who made a contribution to my Patreon community this week. If you can support a gal trying to make a difference to this world, I would so appreciate it.

Thank you patrons for your ongoing support.

  • Chirpy Chile

This week we venture to Chilean Patagonia; we hike Monte Tarn, originally ascended by Darwin himself and explore the famous Torres del Paine, an image I had seen many years back and had finally arrived to.

I share with you the magic of these natural sites, the realisation of dreams and the wonderful couch surf hosts who looked after me so well.

I also mention the ice cap melting, global warming and how more greens can help regenerate our Earth. Less desertification and more trees and plants will really help our Earth’s ability to cool down. Remember trees and greens are our Earth’s natural air conditioning system.

Thank you also to Laura, who made a donation to my Patreon community this week.

If you can support me on my mission - and are getting something from my messages - I would really appreciate it.

Thanks again to the patrons, you’ve helped me spread this important message, make a difference in the world and also feed my ducks lol.

  • Colourful Colombia (p.3)

This week we venture to remote deserts, palm tree valleys and work in the most stunning coffee and cacao farm in the heart of the coffee triangle.

I take you on marvellous adventures full of fun, vibrancy and of course showcase our Mother Earth. We look at the geo-morphology of the desert, astro observations, we horse ride the valleys, yoga in the Tallest Palms of the world, and work as a Tour Guide in the beautiful coffee belt of Colombia.

I also share some difficult stories of being part of an investigation as well as misconduct from a local policeman. As always, trust your gut instinct and listen to the feelings within.

I give some environmental advices on conscious shopping when choosing wax candles and fair-trade coffee. Remember there is always a story behind our products, and lives that you are impacting.

Thank you Patrons, please consider supporting via Patreon, so I can share my message further.

Exclusive content, behind the scenes, and a private message thread is also at your disposal, should you wish to support my mission and help a gal spread this valuable message to a worldwide community.

  • Colourful Colombia (P.2)

This week we explore the colourful city of Medellin.

We delve into the heart of Medellin, once a notorious drug ruled centre, and now a transformed city full of beautiful art, music and dance. We paraglide across its stunning landscape, the Andean mountain range, cascades and face our fears as we soar above its stunning heights.

We also venture to Guatape, renowned for its large rock, and colourful bright streets. We climb the rock and view the surrounding reservoir.

I also discuss some of the discomforts of being a solo female traveler and adapting my dress code and outings so as to avoid inappropriate situations. A little bit of advice, if you do see inappropriate behaviours from others, please call it out.

I also share my news, the arrival of the bees on the farm, my book release, and the Instagram lives where I interview local sustainable businesses and discuss all things adventure and nature .

Thank you Patrons, you’ve given me a great opportunity to share my work.

  • Colourful Colombia (P.1)

This week we explore the colourful coastline of Colombia.

We sail into Cartagena, and venture into natural lands full of thick rainforest, coffee farms and golden sandy beaches. We visit national parks, sleep in hammocks, waterfall jumps and of course learn about cacao and the beautiful beans that we so gratefully eat in our chocolate bars each day.

I also talk about minimalism, consumerism and mindfulness in nature.

I give some gentle advices to ease you out of your head. Think of wood anatomy, shell structures and leaf patterns. It’s all about the present moment, and when you can focus in on something and appreciate the simple things, it won’t be long before your body is at one with nature, and at a peaceful state.

Thanks as always to the Patrons, I couldn’t do this without you, your support means the world to me.

  • Sensational San Blas

This week we explore the Sensational San Blas Islands ; a coconut laden paradise, a coral reef haven, starry skied nights and the most pristine landscapes one could imagine.

We also look at the indigenous communities and how their way of living is something we can really learn from. Their ancient customs and wisdom of the plants is critical to preserve, especially when they possess such precious knowledge in helping to heal so many well-known diseases.

I mention some challenges they face; plastic islands, and rising sea levels displacing islander communities worldwide.

The conservation of our natural world is of utmost importance in this age of anthropocene destruction.

As always, monitor the plastic use and choose less fossil fuel burning methods of transport.

Awareness and education is key. And of course, plenty of magical stories about diving, sailing and backpacking.
