July is ending, the heat is ever-present and it's another Before The ENCORE! Twelfth episode means a year(!) of the show and I'm delighted to celebrate it with the first BTE panel discussion with Sheena Madden & David Wilkinson; two artist managers with an extensive background in the music industry.

David manages pop acts Bobbi Arlo & Bradley Marshall at the early to intermediate stages of their development, whilst Sheena is currently managing a more established artist in Farah Elle. This gave us so much to discuss including where to set boundaries, the dynamic of management in a pandemic, carving out pathways for artist development and what it's like inside of a release cycle.
