Alice Mills Mai is the founder and CEO of Centering Wholeness LLC. Alice is a mental health counselor, supervisor, consultant, analyst, and Ph.D. student. Alice likes to describe herself as a human first before any roles or titles. With this value at heart, Alice created Centering Wholeness LLC. Centering Wholeness aims to foster counselor and organizational wholeness and wellness through supervision, training, and education. Alice is passionate about supporting counselor wellness and quality supervision. As a supervisor, consultant, and counselor, Alice’s work rest on the tenets of Black feminist theory, trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and relational lenses.
Alice is currently a doctoral student studying Counselor Education and Supervision at The University of the Cumberlands. Alice’s research areas are correctional mental health, supervision, counselor wellness, the intersect of societal structures, and mental health.
