Behind The Curtain: Mysteries of the Past and Present with Josh and Ryan

In this episode, Dr. Johnson shared his views on Baptism and also the Lord's Supper and how maybe we've institutionalized these things that were maybe just cultural expressions in the ancient time. We always love hearing and learning from Dr. Johnson and his approach of just reading the text! What an idea...

Dr. Ronn Johnson is a bible scholar and has taught Bible and theology courses at the college level for over 20 years. He has pastored two churches in the Minneapolis area for fifteen years and is also the host of the Divine Council Worldview Podcast along with Mike Chu. Check out their show!

In this episode we talk with our friend, Rene Maillet of Basic Bible @itsbasicbible, about some of the top objections with Christianity. The number 1 objection is the "problem of evil," which questions how a benevolent and omnipotent God could allow evil to exist in the world and is generally attributed to the ancient Greek philosopher Epicurus.

We just wanted to discuss the topic because these types of objections are often floated in short format on social media. As Christians, we want to be ready to give a defense of our faith and these discussions help us talk through these issues logically.
