On episode #17, I chat with Jason Deery. Jason was a good friend of mine in University, so this episode was a real good catch up for us. Jason has just recently released his first EP-"The Love Handle Collection". His soothing Donegal accent may prove as something of a hypnosis to you lucky listeners. In Episode #15 I chat to Darren Lee. Darren is the host of the "Kickoff Sessions" podcast where he talks to business and careers experts from around the world. We talk about how as a 25 year old he was able to begin his own career mentoring consultancy, how he picks and approaches guests for the podcast and how it all began. Enjoy.

In this episode I outline 7 tips that I believe can be useful for people to get more out of 2022. 

1) 20 minutes of exercise(at the very least) 5 days a week. 

2) Set yourself a regular wake up time.

3) Organize your time in depth.

4) Have 3 aims or goals for the year (no more than 3).

5) Learn at least 1 new skill, sport or subject.

6) Write shit down.

7) The key to progress Patience, Perspective, Persistence and Discipline.

In Episode #10, I give my opinions on several things starting with how I deal with a build up of stress and just write some things down, this is my way of cleaning off the webs. I give my opinions on how I was, and still am controlled by views and numbers of likes on social media. I talk about covid numbers and how they live in our brains rent free. I weigh in on some rugby and soccer too. Enjoy. 

Conor O'Keefe is a Mental Health/Wellbeing speaker, Ultra Runner, Podcaster and all round nice guy. He is one of the main reasons I started my podcast. In this episode Conor tells his story about his battle with mental health in his teens and his 20s. He very openly talks about his suicidal thoughts in the dark moments of his life. Conor is now at a place where he has built himself a business, he is an accomplished ultrarunner and most importantly he has the skillset required to deal with setbacks.
