Venessa is not a stranger to me; she even allows me to call her by a nickname I created. This lady runs a group on Facebook called The Writing Tribe. It's such a friendly group where everyone helps one another. We have Zoom meetings with sometimes up to 30 members joining in the discussion of a popular topic we all had the chance to vote for. She and other members of the tribe hold sprints which is where writers can get together on or off the camera and work through 20 or 30 min stretches before coming back together to discuss if we got words, if we were distracted, if we're on a cliff and can't move. These are encouraging and fun groups to be in. Writing is a lonely business, so being in a group makes it so much easier to write. I know I've just written an essay, but these sprints have helped me, and Nessie has helped me in more ways than one. She's our agony aunt or writing mother. She's also a professional editor and a fantastic author who just landed a seven-book deal.

I can tell you one thing, it didn't stop him from fulfilling his dreams. Add an audio series and a comic, and getting ready to write a screenplay for a horror; there's no stopping this man.

Shunnie has such a unique name, which fits her perfectly, as she's a unique person who has gone through some terrible experiences and has come out stronger and able to get closure by writing her memoir.

Ever wanted just to pack it all up, hop into an RV and travel around the US?  Well, Debra did just that and what fabulous stories and inspiration she's had along the way. No wonder she has so many published books and more on the way. All in the Romance genre but plenty of variety in the subgenres, and boy, does Debra like history.

I was excited to learn that Pamela wears many creative hats. She must keep herself busy to be able to work on her debut novel, teach music, collaborate with another author on a children's book series, and find time to paint. Phew
