Behind the Shield - Shelter Insurance

The newest area of Shelter is focused on Digital Strategy. The Behind the Shield podcast sits down with Associate Vice President of Digital Strategy, Matt Schwartz, to talk about what he's tasked at looking at and developing to make Shelter be even more successful in the future. Through things like identifying how our customers want to be contacted (like texting and e-sign), to billing, and taking everyday operations and improving them with technology, Schwartz is creating the blueprint to take Shelter deep into a new realm of business and win.
