     Katie talks about her recent tour with The Human Performance Project’s 7X World Tour, a collaborative effort of navy and army special warfare operators, professional extreme sports athletes, elite medical professionals and human performance specialists who are dedicated to prevent veteran suicide and improve public health.  
     
     She also shared her experience setting the women's world record for mile run in the bomb suit, how she takes care of her mental health, and what it's like being a female in a male dominated career field.

    In this interview Charlie shares stories of his travels through former Yugoslavia to include a motorcycle ride across Croatia with veterans, and talks about his passion for empowering the veteran voice.

    He also shares some exciting news that The Heroes Project is breaking ground in Mt. Baldy, California this year on a facility that will allow veterans from all over the world to participate in their mountain climbing programs.
