Aaron Miller is going to share with you the secret to winning almost every sale and why this is so successful. He began sales management when he was 17 years old. Working through school and operation management he was top of his class in relationship cultivation, sales, and operational strategy. Even after becoming a shining star in school, he became one in the work world as well.Aaron was a rising star who quickly moved up from working as a phone agent, to Team Leader, to Operations Manager, and ultimately to Vendor Manager, all in less than a year." says a Business Development Executive.
Like most of us, Aaron had a lot of anxiety talking to people and learning how to stay confident, especially when selling something. However, he soon realized how to communicate and connect with people. Leading him to the tactic that has made him so successful in sales. Listen in as he shares his story and this simple method to make the sales you want to keep.
Biggest Takeaways You Don’t Want To Miss:
    The Secret to Winning Sales
Why did they come to you in the first place? Where are they in their mental and emotional state? Provide empathy and a solution no matter how basic or how in-depth they go when they first reach out, meet them where they are at. They reached out to you so connect with them and find out how you can help. You can start by saying something like "I am so glad I got ahold of you today because I want to help solve this for you" or "I am so glad to hear from you today."
How to Get Through the Psychology of Talking to Clients
Be casual and recognize that they called you. Talk to them like you would friends and family not like you are trying to sell to them. This is a big part of the secret to winning almost every sale. Don't pry from them just have a conversation. Remember why you started your business in the first place and the passion you have for your business, this will give you more confidence
What Do You Do If They Reached Out Via Email, Social Media, or Text
Try to get them scheduled for a phone call and connect with them. Show them it can be easy and convenient and that you have availability for them. Help them make the decision to go with you. Try even sending an audio or video clip of you responding so they can see you and feel your energy, leaving more of an impact on them.

Here comes episode number 263 of Bella in Your Business. Hi there, I'm Bella Vasta from Jump Consulting. You might know me from CBS, NBC, Fox, Huffington Post, Entrepreneur, or maybe you've seen me speak on stage or read my book, The Four Dogs That Every Business Owner Needs. In any case, get ready because you're about to get your hashtag Bella Butt Kickin' in this next episode of Bella in Your Business.
So what do you say? Let's get ready and jump. Welcome everybody to another episode of Bella in Your Business. My name is Bella Vasta, your host. And today I've got something unique for you, something that you should have made a while ago. Guys, I've been on these awesome complimentary coaching sessions with those of you who I haven't met yet, and we've been meeting on Instagram, we've been meeting on Facebook. I always like to offer you a complimentary session to solve one problem that you might have.
And it comes up a lot where people are trying to solve problems, but they're trying to solve them in the minds of like, as if they were the only pet sitter and not like as if they were the boss in charge, as I like to call it, or working with a bunch of staff. Now with this mindset, if you are a solo sitter and you have no desire to ever have anyone working for you and it works out fine for you, this podcast is not for you. If you are someone who does not ever want to hire someone, who doesn't trust people, someone who does not want to get out of their comfort zone and get a little bit uncomfortable, this podcast is not for you. You should go ahead and skip forward to the next one.
But this podcast is for those people who are looking to really figure out why can’t I actually scale. I've tried to hire people, it hasn't worked out, or I've hired people, but now I'm more busier than ever doing stuff and I just can't seem to get out of the rat race. This podcast is for you and I want to talk about that today. So your mindset is huge. And one thing I always love to do is to kind of blow things up. Whenever I have a problem or challenge, I like to get it microscopic and then as big as I possibly can, right? Like go to two different extremes. And so for this one, I want you to think about hotels like Marriott and Hyatt and the Hilton, right? Do you think that Mr. Marriott or Mr. Hilton are like at the front desk checking in customers? No. Did they do that when they first started? Sure. But are they doing that now? No, they're not. And there's a reason for that. And there's a reason why they've been able to grow such a conglomerate.
Now, Bella, I don't want to grow my business that big. That's fine, you guys. Totally fine. But just stay with me here on this point. You really have to think about a couple of things. The very first thing is everything that you're doing, something that anybody else can do. So I want you to kind of look at the tasks that you're doing every day and I want you to start getting upset. I want you to get upset when you're doing something that someone else could actually do for you or if you're doing something over and over again because there's no reason why you should be doing something over and over again.
If it's a process, then put it on a process and hand it off to someone else to do it. You have to constantly be putting yourself out of a job. That's what we call it. And in order to do that, you gotta make sure that it's written down. Now, you've heard me talk about all these words like handbook, a manual, standard operating procedures, the SOPs, workflows, like all these buzzwords, right? But basically, at the bottom line, is get it out of your head and on paper. And one of my biggest tips, and I won't go too far into it, but I tell people this a lot when I coach them, is that if you feel like you can't sit down and write it out, that's fine. It's actually kind of difficult, right? But the next time you're about to do something online, go ahead and use a Loom, L-O-O-M. It's an extension that records your computer and your pretty little face in the corner, if you allow it.
And, you know, just start taking videos, short videos, under three minutes, of the things that you're doing. And put them in a file. And then find someone to watch those videos and then actually write out the steps that you're doing. But you have to get things written down because there's no way that you can ever actually grow and scale your business if it's all in your head. Nothing can last when it's in your head or in your gut. You know, hiring people say they do it on their gut and you know, training people like, are like, “Hey, come shadow me for three days. I'm going to tell you everything I know.” And you're expected to like remember it. No, it's not going to work.
The other thing that I want you to think about is are there milestones and checkpoints? So if you're going to go from a solo mentality to like scaling your business, you need to be able to like give them checkpoints and you need to actually give them wins. So the checkpoints serve two purposes or milestones, if you will. So maybe you have a really big task and you break it up into four different sections. Each one of those sections, you're going to be able to either correct and continue if they're not doing it correctly, or you're going to be able to cheer them on and give them confidence, which is going to grow bigger and bigger and it's going to be one of the best assets ever.
Speaking of assets, remember that your staff is the biggest asset you have in your pet sitting and dog walking company. This is not a brick and mortar place where we have equipment. Your employees are those assets. So this is how you change the oil on it or you get the WD-40 and get it greased up, you know, so that it's in optimum working condition. Another thing I want you to think about is, is it simple? Is the way that you run your business simple? Is it easy to remember? I'll give you an example. So many of you guys have the most convoluted cancellation policy that you cannot even remember it or recite it in one breath.
Okay. As an example, here's what I mean by a simple one. This is what I used to have six years ago when I sold my business. Okay. It was if you cancel within two weeks for day visits or four weeks for overnight, you are responsible for half the total invoice. That's it. There's no two weeks, four weeks, 48 hours, 24 hours, blah, blah, blah. For a couple of reasons. One, when you pass it off to someone,...

This is episode 262 of Bella in Your Business.
Bella in Your Business. And today we are going to talk about something called the art of saying no. I was looking for some podcast ideas and I went to our mastermind group and I asked them. And one thing that really gained a lot of popularity was how to say no in a variety of different areas. And so today I'm going to talk about that. But before we actually dive into that, I want you to think about someone in your life who you might ask to do something and you know they say yes but you kind of look at them sideways and you're like, I really know you don't want to do this and you're doing this for me, and then it kind of makes you feel bad. And underneath that, it actually is that you can't trust them because you can't trust their yes or their no with a period on at the end.
One of you listeners right now might be that person that you say yes a lot more times when you really feel like you should have said no. And what happens is when you say yes instead of no, you start getting resentful of either the person, the task, or sometimes even yourself. And that just shows yourself that you have a lack of boundaries, a lack of ability to stand up for you. And while I'm not a therapist, I have done enough self-discovery to know that there are many different reasons why we do this as people running around society—whether it's a lack of self-confidence, lack of decision-making, being told that we weren't capable of making decisions or that we were responsible for other people's feelings. There is a myriad of stuff, but that is the psychology way, and we are not going to talk about that today. We are going to talk about the art of saying no inside of your business when it relates to your clients, your policies, applicants, and employees. Oh yes, we're going to cover all four of those. So let's get into it.
The word no literally is one sentence: no. Period. No, it's not being mean. It's not putting people off. It's not being a B-I-T-C-H. It's none of those things. It is literally just saying what I cannot do. I can't do it. This is where my boundary line is. It is one sentence. And when you say that, people know they can trust you because they're no longer wondering, does she really mean it? Does she really want to do it? Can she really do it? Is her heart really into it? No, because if you say no to people, they also understand that they can trust you. And something else that I've always said—and this goes along with sales—is sometimes maybe you don't say the word no per se, but you say, you know, someone asks you something and you can't do it, and you're like, well, here's what I can do for you. And then you give them one, two, or three options. And so for those of you who really hate the word no, that's a softer way that you can do it.
But let's talk about it because we have these clients who are just not a match, right? And with it, you know, they'll ask you, can you go outside of your limits? Maybe they moved outside your city limit and you start saying yes to these people and all of a sudden you're spreading yourself too thin. Or can you not charge me a cancellation or late fee? Or can you give me more time off from an employee, right? Or I want to keep changing my schedule. Or can you bend the rules for me and just hire me anyway because your gut tells you? Or my availability isn't what you want but you can work around it. Or a client telling you the dog is just shy or my dog pulls on the leash or can you come a little later or earlier or can you watch my mom's dog too at my house? Or employees keep making the same mistake. You guys, all of these situations are things that happen to you on a regular basis.
So when we have clients that aren't a match, it is not a popularity contest. You've heard me say that so many times and I want you to just really dig down deep into the boss in charge that you are. And I want you to realize you can say no. You know, unfortunately, we're just not a match. Unfortunately, I want you to have your needs met and I cannot meet your needs. No. And so a lot of people, I don't think, do this because they don't even know who their ideal client is. You guys, if you don't know who your ideal client is, go ahead and jump on over to my Jump and Scale course. It's joinjumpconsulting.com. It's a three-hour workshop in three different sections of one hour each. A lot of it's geared towards employees, but all of the how to build avatars works for clients as well. So it's a totally free course. You're welcome.
But listen, you say no to the clients that just aren't your ideal clients. So the more that you can have a visualization of what your actual client looks like—who are they? What do they do? How much money is in the bank? Why do they need you? How do they book? How do they pay? All that stuff—you can really start identifying who your ideal client is. And guess what? That builds business happiness. So when you can identify that someone is not a client for you and you can say no and refuse service, then that's gonna really make you happy. It really is, which is going to reduce the amount of resentfulness that you have in your business, which I know many of you have.
And you gotta just say no to the wrong kind of clients, but you have to do the work and figure out who the right kind of clients are first so that you can definitely identify it when they come across your plate. Now, policies are something else that a lot of people bend on. And I'm gonna also group pricing into this. Policies that are not made by you or that don't support you is something that can really truly build resentment and build hatred for your business and just a bad, negative working environment for yourself.
Maybe you have a policy, like a key policy, right? And you have one way of doing it, yet your clients ask you to do something else. Maybe they don't want to give you a key and they want to hide it underneath the mat every single time. Well, that's all fine and dandy until the one time you get there when you have tons of visits that day and the key's not under the mat for whatever reason. Or maybe you get convinced that you will job share and you're sharing the job and the neighbor is gonna come in the PM and you're gonna come in the AM, and this client is out of town and the neighbor is not doing their job in the PM,...

This is episode 261 of Bella in Your Business.
Welcome back to another episode of Bella in Your Business. My name is Bella Vasta, and today we're going to talk about the biggest mistakes that you're making on social media. I see some people right now who think they’re doing social media, but they're not really doing it at all. They're making some of the biggest rookie mistakes, and I want to make sure that none of you—my loyal, amazing jumper listeners—are ever going to make these mistakes or have this mindset about social media.
If this is the first time we’re meeting, I have been honored to grace a lot of different stages helping people build their businesses—whether they are working for big corporations or have their own businesses just like you. I’ve been building my business online and teaching Facebook since Facebook came out. I take pride in that, and while I might not have the largest number of followers, it’s not a popularity contest. It’s about finding your exact niche and speaking directly to your people. It’s about following your analytics, seeing what resonates with your audience and what doesn’t, doubling down on what works, and letting go of the rest.
So, in true Bella fashion, I’m going to give you as much value as I can in this podcast. You’re busy and don’t have time to hear long stories, so we’re keeping this short, quick, and dirty. The first mistake I see on social media is that you’re not being real enough. It’s so important to be yourself online. And by that, I don’t mean tell me every time you go to the bathroom or what you had for breakfast—I don’t care. But you have to show up as yourself.
Social media is where people stalk you online. That’s what they do. If you’re of the mindset that “I never get clients off of social media,” well, yeah, most likely you’re not going to—unless you’re showing up, building, and engaging your community. That takes dedication, strategy, and intent. A lot of my jumpers use social media not as a sales tool but as an awareness tool—like another page where people can learn about them. It’s where people get to know you before trusting you with their house key or their pet. So when people visit your page, they’d better see you. Not just pets, not stock photos—you. I want to know who you are, what you look like, what you sound like, and who you serve.
You’ve got to be real. You’ve got to show up. Do stories. Give me that video. One of the biggest mistakes I see is people just doing the bare minimum and then complaining that they’re not getting any clients. Another mistake—sharing other people’s content. Stop it. Unless it’s Better Marketing with Bella content—then okay, that’s fine. Funny story: during one of our webinars, Kelly told me that people actually steal her Better Marketing with Bella content—graphics with her logo, branding, and colors—and share them on their own pages. They’re basically advertising for her! Don’t be that person. You can be the person people want to steal content from, but don’t share other people’s work—you’re just amplifying their voice instead of your own.
Another mistake: only posting pictures of your clients’ pets. If all I see is a grid full of pet faces, it looks like a photo album, not a brand. And most of the time, the photos aren’t even good—poor lighting, weird angles, far-away shots. I don’t care unless it’s my animal or one that looks like mine. What I do care about is stories. For example, Jody Cooperman from Marionette Dog Nanny did this beautifully. She didn’t just post a photo—she told a story about why the client needed her help and what problem she solved. That’s what draws people in. Potential clients see that and say, “Yes, that’s me. I can relate.”
Another big mistake—posting from Instagram to Facebook automatically. Stop that. When you do that, your Facebook post looks weird because of all the hashtags. It’s like going to China and speaking Russian—you’re not speaking the platform’s language. Facebook doesn’t use hashtags like Instagram does. So when you post the same thing, it looks lazy. It’s like inviting someone to your house but not showing up to greet them.
Then there’s the outdated cover photo problem. You can’t have video covers anymore on Facebook, but that’s no excuse to let your cover image sit there for years. Update it regularly. Make it reflect the current season or campaign. It shows people that your business is active, relevant, and invested.
Use keywords in your profile and don’t forget your location. Another thing people forget? Tagging. Tag collaborators, rescues, or locations that make sense. If you post about a local dog park or a rescue event, tag them. Send them a message letting them know—they might reshare your post. It’s an easy way to build visibility and community connection.
Social media isn’t just “post and walk away.” It’s about engagement. Respond to people when they comment. Build connections. And don’t forget—social media isn’t just one thing anymore. Instagram has posts, stories, reels, guides, and live videos. Facebook has posts, stories, lives, premieres, polls, and carousels. There’s so much you can do.
That’s actually why I created Better Marketing with Bella—because I love helping businesses with marketing and wanted to take that creative burden off your shoulders. We handle the writing, graphics, scheduling, and branding—all you have to do is use it. You don’t need to figure out what dates or topics are relevant—we do that for you.
Right now, Better Marketing with Bella is open for enrollment. Deliveries start December 15th and run from January to June, or you can sign up for the full year. We had special bonuses that ended Sunday—holiday graphics, a free month in the Mastermind, a Facebook ads tutorial, Bella School access, two months of Agora Pulse, and a discounted rate for my VA to post everything for you.
But because you’re a podcast listener, if you email me at [email protected] and mention this episode, I’ll still honor those bonuses. I’m serious. You won’t find another vendor who will fight for your business like I will. I’ll cheer for your wins and cry with you through challenges. That’s the kind of coach and partner I aim to be.
So please—don’t make these mistakes. Be real. Be consistent. Be intentional. And remember, social media is an opportunity to connect, not just to post.
Always remember—when life gets you down, keep jumping.
So what did you think? Did you love this episode? I sure hope you did because I put a lot of love into this for you. The best way you can show me that is by going to iTunes, Stitcher, Google Play, or wherever you listen to your podcasts and leaving a review. I might even read it on the next episode. I also want to remind you that when life gets you down, remember to always keep jumping. Thanks for listening.

This is episode 260 of Bella in Your Business.
Welcome back to another episode of Bella in Your Business. I just want to say a sincere thank you. Last week we hit a record—there were almost a thousand downloads last week! And I don’t know if it’s because I did “S H asterisk T” in the title or what, or if y’all were just really on fire, but I just love it. Keep sharing the podcast, keep giving people tips and tricks. It really is the only podcast in the industry that’s going to break down tactically how to do things. I really want to leave you with value. So the biggest honor that I can get is seeing that you guys are loving it so much that everyone’s downloading it. So thank you, thank you, thank you.
Today I want to talk about the biggest mistakes you’re making in your social media. And at the end, I’m actually going to bring on a very special guest that I think a lot of you are going to like if my Instagram analytics are any indication. But we were chatting today, and I’ll tell you more about that in a little bit. I want to do this quick and dirty again. I want to see if any of you guys are making these mistakes, and I want to tell you why they’re mistakes and get you to think about changing them.
The biggest mistake you’re making on social media is not being real enough. One of the first ones is not being real enough. You’re being very corporate, very “talk-at,” or just generic. Anyone can say the message “We love them like our own” or “We love them like family,” and just post bland content. There’s no personality behind it. The reason why people are hiring you instead of Rover or Wag or hiring you instead of your competition is because they get to know you online. Don’t kid yourself—everyone is cyberstalking you. They are looking up your website, your social media, and they might even be looking up your personal name to see what’s on your socials if they can find it.
You’ve got to be real. People have to get to know you. They’re literally giving you a key or the code to their house and letting you inside their home—which, honestly, you can’t get any more personal than that other than wearing someone’s underwear, okay? I mean literally—some of you are sleeping in their bed! You cannot get more personal than that, so you’ve got to be real. The other thing is that you’ve really got to stop sharing other people’s content. Maybe once or twice a month is okay if you see something funny, but please don’t be one of those companies that are just resharing other people’s TikToks or videos that say nothing about your company. All it says is that you’re chasing vanity metrics—likes and follows that don’t actually mean business results. No one is saying, “My God, I saw a funny video on your Instagram story and had to call you and hire you because you have the same humor I do.” Come on. Stop being lazy and stop sharing all this other stuff. There is no space for that when you have a limited number of opportunities to say things about your own company. All it says is that you’re unoriginal. When you do that, you’re being a megaphone for someone else instead of your own business. So cut it out.
Another mistake you might be making is only posting pictures of cats’ and dogs’ faces. Sure, you get that really close-up cute face, right? You might even take it a step further and edit the photo—but please don’t just post pictures of cute faces without telling a story behind it. You’ve got to get into storytelling. I’ve definitely talked about that before on this podcast. When I go to your socials, please don’t just have a bunch of pictures of cute dogs and cat faces. Because unless they’re my pets, I really don’t care—and that’s what your viewer is thinking. “Great, you had another dog join you. Great, you had another cat join you.” Who cares? What does that tell them? Unless they understand that their pet parent is exactly like they are—Zoomaholics who need you to slip in and out of their house without the dog barking and tire them out—it’s not connecting.
Sometimes you post pictures that are not great quality; maybe you should zoom in on them a little bit more. This week in my class, How to Gain More Pet Sitting and Dog Walking Clients and Staff in 2021, I showed an exact example of one of my clients who had posted a picture of two cats with their noses touching. I quickly edited the photo, zoomed in on it, and changed the description—and it was night and day with engagement. If you want to see that example, you can grab that workshop. It’s on sale for only $7, and you get a workbook and a lot of extra stuff. Just go to jumpconsulting.net/signup.
Another mistake you need to stop doing is posting whatever you post on Instagram to Facebook. Stop it! It’s like speaking Chinese in Russia and expecting people to understand you. People want to feel different things on different socials. Sure, you can post the same picture, but the way you talk about it should be different on Facebook than on Instagram. Don’t forget that.
Another mistake you make is not changing up your cover profile. If your cover profile has been up forever, it’s time to change it. If it’s not talking about the season or what’s going on right now—change it. That cover profile is literally the first thing people see; it’s the hero image. When you show that you are professional enough and have the bandwidth to change that regularly, it shows you’re serious about your business.
Also, another problem is on Instagram—not posting a location. That’s part of search, and if you don’t post a location when you post your pictures, you’re missing out. Post where you are—it could be a local dog park or hotspot. It doesn’t have to be your house.
Those are my quick tips to make sure you’re not making those mistakes on social media. I talk about this stuff and a lot more in Better Marketing with Bella. When you sign up, you don’t just get graphics, videos, cover videos, emails, outlines, and talking points for blogs and reels—you also get one one-on-one session with me valued at $495, plus four group calls during the six months. These are hands-on workshops where I literally hook up my phone and show you exactly how to do things.
The results have been amazing—members are getting thousands more views of their content than they would without the program. It’s the season for Better Marketing with Bella. Go to jumpconsulting.net/marketing. Truth be told, my team’s probably going to hate me for saying this—I don’t want you to sign up on that website. I want you to email me at [email protected] and ask for a coupon code. If you’re one of my loyal podcast listeners, I want to hook you up with a better deal than $497 a month for six months.
You’ve been faithful, listening and learning and doing, and you should be rewarded for that. I’m the CEO—I can make that happen. Check out the landing page—it’s brand new and full of real client stories and interviews that show how confident you can be signing up. I’m in a unique position to be giving you Better Ma

This is episode 259 of Bella in Your Business.
What's up jumpers? It is Bella, and I'm recording this on September 20th. It's a Monday, and I wasn't exactly sure what I was going to say to you guys this week because I really wanted it to come from the heart. First of all, we are gearing up for a very big season. We are involved with Better Marketing with Bella season. You might've heard a secret podcast come out two episodes ago announcing our big announcement, which is this amazing webinar that we've been putting together for you for four months. Four months we've been putting this webinar together for you that you can go ahead and join and sign up for—only $7. It's going to teach you how to get new clients and staff for the rest of 2021 because marketing is not just for new clients, it's also for staff. We're going to break it down for you and give you a workbook. There are also some really amazing offers for you on that webinar that you're going to love to see. Do not wait. Go on over to jumpconsulting.net/workshop and you too can join me for the fun that's going to happen next week.
I told you guys this is going to be an interesting podcast. It's also going to be semi-short, probably about 15 minutes because quite frankly, I have a coaching call coming up in 21 minutes and that is real life. But this is really from me to you. I take it as a sincere pleasure to be in your ears right now. You could be doing anything or listening to anything, and so I really want to overdeliver in value as hopefully you know that to be true with me. But today I want to talk about how you make stuff happen, because there have been way too many times and people in my life lately that have been dragging their feet and then complaining about it, and I am sick and tired of it. I'm going to do my best not to cuss. If any of you guys know me from any of our intensives—our in-person intensives where I fly to you or the Zoom intensives where you can get a package of six 45-minute sessions with me—you know that I cuss like a sailor sometimes just because it really makes the words more colorful, but I'm going to try not to do that today because I don't know what little ears are listening. But I know you'll hear it in my voice because I even put my desk up to standing so that I could talk into my microphone and I'm already pacing.
All right, so let's start. How do you make stuff happen? Because I know there have been many times in your life where you've been stuck, where you've just been wanting things to change, where you're sitting on coaching calls with me saying, “Yeah, we’re going to do this,” or maybe you've heard one of these podcasts before and thought, “Yeah, Bella, that sounds like a great idea,” and then you don’t do it. Or maybe right now you are sitting in the same spot you were—not last year, but maybe two years ago, maybe in 2019—where you're still trying to solve or complaining about not having proper staff, not being staffed right, not having the number of clients you want, or being burnt out, overweight, tired, or depressed, or whatever it might be. Now, maybe I spoke too fast about depressed because that is definitely something different. Chemical imbalance—been through it myself, been on Zoloft before at a point in my life—so I totally empathize with you guys that that is a daily battle. But I digress.
If you are still trying to get more clients, trying to get more staff, or just trying to solve the same problem, life is about correcting and continuing and moving on and making stuff happen. And I really want to encourage you guys today to think about what there is in your life that you need to make happen. One of the things we do to flex this muscle—because this is a muscle you have to flex and it hurts and it breaks and it tears up—is grow through that process. What happens with muscles? They build when they’re torn apart. In that rest period where you’re sore and aching—those growing pains—that’s where the building of muscle happens. And this is what we do inside the Mastermind. I try to encourage you guys to keep making these 90-day goals because most likely, the first couple of times you set these 90-day goals, you fail miserably.
Sometimes people take that failure and they stay down and don’t ever want to get back up. They say, “Bella, I don’t know how to do 90-day goals. I failed. I don’t want to fail again. I’m not going to do that.” All right, I can’t make you, but I’ve got news for you. The ability to sit there, practice goals, and learn from them—to understand, “My gosh, that was way too lofty” or “That was way too easy” or “Oops, I just didn’t stay disciplined and forgot all about them”—is a muscle you can always rebuild. The more that you practice, the better you get. If any of you have ever played sports—when I was in high school, I played softball, field hockey, and basketball—I was at practice almost every single day after school. School was like a full-time job because I’d go to class and then practice, then travel to games, but it was all practice. And I sucked at the beginning, okay? It wasn’t like I just got on the basketball court and started sinking free throws like nobody’s business. It took practice—and that’s exactly what it’s like with 90-day goals.
If you don’t know where you’re going, you can’t make things happen. I just got off a coaching call with someone. I like to do these calls with people, and I can usually tell in the first 15 minutes whether they’re going to be successful or not. I got off a call, and I was perplexed because they said they wanted help but were solving the wrong problems. While sometimes it takes direction, you have to be vulnerable and know where you want to go. You have to cast a vision and say, “I’m doing this for this.” I think a lot of times we try to stay busy because if we’re busy workaholics, we don’t have to think about the bigger vision. If we bury ourselves in work, it means we don’t have to deal with other things in our life. I’ve been guilty of that. I was completely guilty of that when I was going through my divorce. My business was my warm blanket that kept me warm at night and gave me purpose because I didn’t want to deal with what was going on in my real life. And I know many of you out there can relate to this.
But if you want to make things happen, you have to get real with yourself. You have to think about where you’re going and whether every decision you’re making is getting you closer to it or further away. Every decision is moving you closer to your goal or further away from it—those are the only two options. Are you in the same spot you were last year? What are you doing with your business? Are you still trying to solve the hiring problem? Clearly what you’re doing isn’t working. Are you still trying to solve the “get new clients” problem? Then clearly what you’re doing isn’t working. So can I challenge you to step out on a limb and try something you’ve never done before? Maybe that’s working together with me. Maybe that’s not just listening passively to these podcasts but actually taking action this time. Send me an email at [email protected] so that I can send you a link and we can get on a phone call. I can hear your pain, hear your challenge, and help show you what you’ve got to do to make stuff happen....

Are you as excited as I am? Let's do this together!
    Transcript:
Shh, you guys, it's another secret episode. Ah, I love doing these for you guys. I have been a business coach since 2007 and went really full-time in 2016. And I love it when I can work on things for you and it's like Christmas because I have something for you. Listen, no matter what life throws at us, and even especially through the last year and the pandemic, I know that there is just one thing that you guys are thinking about. I know, I hear it in my in-person intensives, I hear it in my Zoom intensives, I hear it in the mastermind, I hear it on the Zoom group coaching calls. I hear it, and so I've been working on something so big so that I can help you solve this problem, and I bet my bottom dollar that you have this problem, like every single day.
The reason why people reach out to me for help is because of this problem. Are you ready for it? It's how do I get—wait, and before I tell you, I'm also going to tell you that I really feel like these are the only two major problems that you have in your pet sitting and dog walking business. No, for real. Every problem you think about, it's going to be under these two categories: client and staff. And so what I'm doing and what I've prepared is teaching you how to get more clients and get more staff via marketing. What? Yeah, no, it's seriously a problem that you're always going to have unless you solve it systematically, and you're not alone. Every single pet sitting and dog walking business goes through this exact same thing. I mean, shoot me with a problem and I'll tell you it's because—okay, you’re burnt out, you're running around. It's because you don't have enough staff. You want to grow and expand the business, but you don't have enough money. It's because you don't have enough clients. I mean, literally the backbone of your entire company is marketing. You guys, it's marketing. It's marketing to get that specific exact type of client you want. And it's marketing to get that specific exact kind of employee you want. But unfortunately, most of you only market for one of those things. And I'll give you a big guess on what it is.
And when you do market for only clients—because that's what I'm guessing what it is—you market for the industry. You don't even market for exactly who you want. You have no idea who you want, right? You're like, “Oh, I'll take anyone that has a pet.” No, guys, no. So listen, honestly, my team and I have been working on this for the past four months. Four months, because I've been doing a lot of traveling as you know, but four months nonetheless. So do you want to know what it is? It's huge. Like, it really is huge. And it's literally going to be the key that's going to really help unlock a lot of things. Once and for all, we're going to solve this problem of how to get more clients and more staff because I've created a brand-new workshop for you. It's a complete blueprint of how to market your pet business in 2021 to get the kind of clients and staff that you want. I'm going to teach you what you're doing wrong to get staff and what's actually working right now with my clients to get staff. I'm also going to show you how the influx in clients is an opportunity for you to attract exactly what kind of clients you want. Imagine having a dream staff and dream clients. That reality can come true.
So guys, this is it. We've been working on it, like I said, for the past four months so that we can solve this one problem for you. And here's the deal. It's going to be held live on September 29th at 6 p.m. It's going to be live September 29th. That's a Wednesday at 6 p.m. You're going to receive lifetime access to this workshop so you can listen to any point that you want. You're going to have a live Q&A with, obviously, me. And you know that I get really excited and we get really deep and I answer all of your questions. And most of the time I don't even want to say goodbye to you. So consider this your chance to really work with me if we've never worked together. And the workbook—I'm going to also have a beautifully designed workbook for you to work along with me.
And the best part about this is it's not going to be $250. It's not going to be $99. It literally is going to be the cost to cover my staff and my podcast producer and my assistant and the cost of creating this workbook for you and getting all the slides done. It is seven dollars—seven freaking dollars, you guys! Like, it's a no-brainer. I know that everybody needs this. I feel like if you can unlock this one key, then that's what it can be. It can really, really help you. So I want you to go to jumpconsulting.net/signup. That's jumpconsulting.net/signup. JumpyBot will pop up and grab your information and take care of the registration.
So you may be asking yourself, should I attend this workshop? Well, it's quite simple. Do you want to grow your business? Because you can't do it unless you have more clients and staff. Like, really, let's fix this problem once and for all. Let's stop hoping and wishing that new clients and team members are just going to magically appear from—you know, just drop down out of the sky. You have to take action if you want to grow. And those are the two sides of your business that you always need to be growing. So growing is never easy, and you’ve got to get uncomfortable. Magic happens outside your comfort zone, and I just want to help you create this roadmap. I want to help inspire hope for you to realize that you can have the staff of your dreams and you can have the clients of your dreams.
So guys, don't forget, I'm here to help you Wednesday, September 29th at 6 p.m. Eastern. I really hope I see you there. Again, go to jumpconsulting.net/signup. That's jumpconsulting.net/signup. I'll see you there.

  • Why Is It So Hard To Say NO In Your Pet Sitting Business / Ep. 258
I asked my Mastermind members, what should I talk about next on the podcast? And an entire conversation was sparked about saying NO. Why is it so hard to say no? To themselves, clients, staff? It is an interesting topic that I have a lot to say about.
There is something interesting that happens when you say no to people. They actually trust you more. They are never left wondering if you really mean something because they know that your yes is a yes and your no is a no. But if you are like many pet sitting and dog walking business owners I encounter, a lot of the times their yes actually means no but they are too afraid to say it.
Also... when you say no, you are setting boundaries in your life and actually building your own self respect. Your own person starts to gain confidence because they feel empowered.
    Biggest Takeaways
When to Say No to Clients
Identify what kind of client you are working with. First, Is this an ideal client? Second, what does your policy say, these were made and written down, for this reason, to say no when you need to.
How to Say No to Employees and Applicants
Look at their availability stay strict with it. Set up policies for change but stay strict with those policies. How many times do you hire someone with availability and then it just keeps changing? Protect yourself and prevent this from happening.
What Makes You Not Say No?
Find the source of why you feel like you can't say no. What thoughts run through your head? Attack the issue at the source not at the symptoms.

This is episode 258 of Bella in Your Business.
And today we are going to talk about something called the art of saying no. I was looking for some podcast ideas and I went to our mastermind group and asked them. One topic that really gained a lot of popularity was how to say no in a variety of different areas. And so today I’m going to talk about that. But before we actually dive into that, I want you to think about someone in your life who you might ask to do something, and you know they say yes, but you kind of look at them sideways and you’re like, I really know you don’t want to do this and you’re doing this for me. Then it kind of makes you feel bad, and underneath that, it actually is that you can’t trust them because you can’t trust their yes or their no with a period at the end.
One of you listeners right now might be that person who says yes a lot more times when you really feel like you should have said no. What happens is when you say yes instead of no, you start getting resentful of either the person, the task, or sometimes even yourself. That just shows you have a lack of boundaries and a lack of ability to stand up for yourself. And while I’m not a therapist, I have done enough self-discovery to know that there are many different reasons why we do this as people running around society—whether it’s a lack of self-confidence, lack of decision-making, being told that we weren’t capable of making decisions, or that we were responsible for other people’s feelings. There is a myriad of reasons, but that’s the psychology way—and we are not going to talk about that today. We’re going to talk about the art of saying no inside your business when it relates to your clients, your policies, applicants, and employees. Oh yes, we’re going to cover all four of those. So let’s get into it.
The word no literally is one sentence: “No.” Period. No, it’s not being mean. It’s not putting people off. It’s not being a B-I-T-C-H. It’s none of those things. It is literally just saying what you cannot do. “I can’t do it.” This is where my boundary line is. When you say that, people know they can trust you because they’re no longer wondering, “Does she really mean it? Does she really want to do it? Can she really do it? Is her heart really into it?” When you say no, people understand that they can trust you.
Something else that I’ve always said—and this goes along with sales—is that sometimes maybe you don’t say the word no per se, but you say, “You know, someone asks you something and you can’t do it,” and you say, “Well, here’s what I can do for you.” Then you give them one, two, or three options. For those of you who really hate the word no, that’s a softer way you can do it. But let’s talk about it because we have these clients who are just not a match, right?
They’ll ask you, “Can you go outside of your limits?” Maybe they moved outside your city limit and you start saying yes to these people, and all of a sudden you’re spreading yourself too thin. Or “Can you not charge me a cancellation or late fee?” Or “Can you give me more time off from an employee?” Or “I want to keep changing my schedule.” Or “Can you bend the rules for me and just hire me anyway because your gut tells you?” Or “My availability isn’t what you want, but you can work around it.” Or a client telling you, “The dog is just shy,” or “My dog pulls on the leash,” or “Can you come a little later or earlier?” or “Can you watch my mom’s dog too at my house?” Or employees who keep making the same mistake. You guys, all of these situations are things that happen to you on a regular basis.
When we have clients that aren’t a match, it is not a popularity contest. You’ve heard me say that so many times, and I want you to dig down deep into the boss in charge that you are. You can say no. “Unfortunately, we’re just not a match. I want you to have your needs met, but I cannot meet them.” No. Many people don’t do this because they don’t even know who their ideal client is.
If you don’t know who your ideal client is, go ahead and jump on over to my Jump and Scale course—it’s joinjumpconsulting.com. It’s a three-hour workshop in three one-hour sections. A lot of it’s geared toward employees, but all of the “how to build avatars” work for clients as well. It’s totally free. You’re welcome.
Listen, you say no to the clients that just aren’t your ideal clients. The more you can visualize what your actual client looks like—who they are, what they do, how much money they have, why they need you, how they book, and how they pay—the more you can identify who your ideal client is. That builds business happiness. When you identify that someone is not a client for you and you can say no and refuse service, that’s going to make you happy. It’s going to reduce the amount of resentment you have in your business—which I know many of you have.
You’ve got to say no to the wrong kind of clients, but you have to do the work and figure out who the right kind are first. Policies are another thing people bend on. I’m going to group pricing into this as well. Policies that are not made by you or that don’t support you can build resentment and hatred for your business and create a bad, negative working environment for yourself.
Maybe you have a policy, like a key policy. You have one way of doing it, but your clients ask you to do something else. Maybe they don’t want to give you a key and want to hide it under the mat every time. That’s all fine and dandy until the one time you get there—when you have tons of visits that day—and the key’s not under the mat. Or maybe you get convinced that you’ll job share with a neighbor who comes in the PM while you come in the AM, and then the neighbor doesn’t do their job, making your morning visit even more hectic and full of extra work—and the pet suffers.
You have policies for a reason. When people try to bend them, say, “No, I can’t do that. That doesn’t work for us.” Or, “No, here’s what I can do.” And that’s it. You’ve got to stand up for that because you made these policies during a time when there wasn’t a crisis—hopefully. Don’t be the person who adds to their contract reactively every time something happens, thinking, “If it’s in my contract, everyone will remember.” News flash: they won’t. You probably won’t even. That’s how we get reactive. Don’t do that.
Say no to clients who aren’t your match. Say no to people trying to bend your policies. Another one—applicants. So many times I see you try to hire out of desperation. You’re looking for an apple and end up with a pear because you think, “Well, it kind of looks like an apple, but it’s not really an apple, but I’ll make it work.” And then you end up regretting it.
If you’re looking for someone with availability Monday through Friday, 10 to 2, don’t hire someone available 4 to 7....

  • What You Need To Really Scale Your Pet Sitting Business / Ep. 257
Have you made your mindset shift yet to scale your pet business? If you are someone who is looking to switch from solo to scaling your pet business, start hiring employees, and are ready to get uncomfortable to make the decisions needed then this podcast is just for you. Listen in as Bella tells you all about how to change your mindset to the one you have been looking for.
Biggest Takeaways You Don’t Want To Miss
Do You Work FOR Your business or ON Your Business?
If you are doing things on repeat or spending your time doing simple tasks then you should be able to pass them over to someone else and focus your attention on what your business needs to expand. Look at how you spend your days, how much time do you spend on tasks that someone else could have done?
Are Your Processes Simple and Accessible?
If it is complicated for you then it is complicated for your clients and potential employees. If it is not accessible then how is anyone able to help you? These are so important as thinking this way is taking that shift for your mindset to really scale your pet business.
Think Outside the Box, What If You Wanted To Sell?
You never know when this is going to happen since life is always changing. Even if you are not ready to sell it is all about setting up your business to be able to. Would you buy a business with no employees? What about one that does not have a PnL? Whether you actually sell or not keeping your business at this standard shows you what you need to continue to scale your business.

This is episode 257 of Bella in Your Business.
Welcome to another episode of Bella in Your Business. I am here today to talk to you about a mindset shift—one that some of you have not made yet but should have made a while ago. Guys, I’ve been on these awesome complimentary coaching sessions with those of you I haven’t met yet, and we’ve been meeting on Instagram, we’ve been meeting on Facebook. I always like to offer you a complimentary session to solve one problem that you might have. And it comes up a lot where people are trying to solve problems, but they’re trying to solve them as if they were the only pet sitter and not like the boss in charge or someone working with a team.
Now, if you are a solo sitter with no desire to ever have anyone working for you and that works out fine for you, this podcast is not for you. If you are someone who does not ever want to hire, doesn’t trust people, or doesn’t want to get out of your comfort zone and get a little uncomfortable, this podcast is not for you. You should skip forward to the next one. But this episode is for those who are looking to figure out why they can’t actually scale. You’ve tried to hire people, it hasn’t worked out, or you’ve hired people but now you’re busier than ever doing stuff and can’t seem to get out of the rat race. This is for you, and I want to talk about that today.
Your mindset is huge. One thing I always love to do is blow things up—get them microscopic and then as big as possible. For this one, I want you to think about hotels like Marriott, Hyatt, and Hilton. Do you think Mr. Marriott or Mr. Hilton are at the front desk checking in customers? No. Did they do that when they first started? Sure. But are they doing that now? No, they’re not. And there’s a reason for that, a reason why they’ve been able to grow such a conglomerate.
Now, you might say, “Bella, I don’t want to grow my business that big.” That’s fine—totally fine—but stay with me here. You really have to think about a couple of things. The first thing is: is everything you’re doing something anyone else can do? Look at the tasks you’re doing every day and start getting upset when you’re doing something someone else could actually do for you, or if you’re doing something over and over again. There’s no reason to repeat things manually. If it’s a process, then put it into a process and hand it off. You have to constantly be putting yourself out of a job.
To do that, you have to get it written down. You’ve heard me talk about handbooks, manuals, standard operating procedures, SOPs, workflows—all those buzzwords. But basically, it means getting it out of your head and onto paper. One of my biggest tips when coaching people is that if you feel like you can’t sit down and write it out, that’s fine—it’s actually difficult. But the next time you’re about to do something online, use Loom. It’s an extension that records your computer and your pretty little face in the corner if you allow it. Just start taking short videos under three minutes of the things you’re doing. Put them in a file and then find someone to watch those videos and write out the steps you took.
You have to get things written down because there’s no way you can grow and scale your business if everything’s in your head. Nothing can last that way. Hiring people “on your gut” or training people by saying, “Hey, come shadow me for three days, I’ll tell you everything I know,” doesn’t work. Another thing I want you to think about is whether you have milestones and checkpoints. If you’re going to go from a solo mentality to scaling, you need to give your team checkpoints and wins. These serve two purposes: if they’re not doing something correctly, you can correct and continue; if they’re doing well, you can cheer them on and build confidence.
Speaking of assets, remember that your staff is your biggest asset in your pet sitting and dog walking company. This is not a brick-and-mortar business with equipment—your employees are your assets. Think of it as changing the oil or greasing the gears so things run smoothly. Another thing to consider: is it simple? Is the way you run your business easy to understand?
I’ll give you an example. So many of you have convoluted cancellation policies you can’t even remember. Here’s what I used to have: if you cancel within two weeks for day visits or four weeks for overnights, you’re responsible for half the invoice. That’s it. For dog walks, cancel by 6 p.m. the night before to get a credit. Simple. If you have to look it up, your clients will too. Same with billing—people make it overly complicated. Stop wasting time making things harder than they need to be.
Keep your processes straightforward and simple, and make sure they tie into your overall goals. So far, I’ve talked about: is it written down? Are there milestones? Is it simple? Is it easy to remember? Your mindset must shift from solo sitter to scaling business owner. Otherwise, it’s going to implode.
As you shift to this mindset and put yourself out of a job, you’ll be able to work on revenue-generating projects instead of mundane tasks. Ask yourself: what are you doing today? Are you doing something you could easily hire someone to do, or something that helps grow the business? Doing walks and pet sits keeps it alive—it doesn’t grow it. Growth comes from collaborations, partnerships, sponsorships, and visibility.
Do you have an organizational chart? You need one so you know who reports to whom. Is it just you to everyone else? That’s overwhelming. You need a hierarchy of responsibilities. That’s the only way to move from solo mentality to a scaling one.
Do you have enough money to pay yourself and the business, not just your sitters? When you’re first solo, it’s just you. But when you get employees, you might be so relieved they’re working that you give away the house. Don’t do that. You must ensure your margins support scaling. First, pay yourself. Yes, pay yourself enough to save monthly. Then pay the business. The business needs money to run. Don’t be held hostage by lack of funds. After that, pay your staff.
Now, examples of moving from solo to scaling mentality: your billing process, booking process, and communication policy. Do they support a big business or a small one? Does everything have to go through you? If so, that must change. You can’t be everyone’s personal concierge. Communication, too—it’s often a big mess that causes stress and confusion. Streamline it. Clearly define how you communicate with clients and staff: when to use journals, texts, calls, and emails.
Finally, ask yourself why you’re doing this. The best reason to scale your business is to sell it. Some of you just had a knee-jerk reaction to that, but hear me out. Life happens. You may want or need to sell one day. Build your business as an asset,...

    How In-Person Intensive Sessions Began
It started with just one person. Someone who reached out and needed help, more than just what a couple of hours on zoom can do. So It happened... I jumped on a plane and we spent ALL DAY hashing things out and focusing on everything she needed to take the steps she wanted.
Behind the Scenes Getting Real and Connecting
One of the best parts is the homey environment. Sometimes you just need to curl up on the couch and just start getting real about everything that is going on. Opening your mind to thoughts and ideas that you have been wanting to get out. These intensive sessions are just that, a chance to spend all day on everything you haven't had time to even think about.
Trying New Ideas and Finding the Positive Side
As incredible as these intensives are, they are still very new. With that, it leaves me learning a lot from each one and continuing to find ways to improve the process and make it EVEN BETTER! Finding the positive side in the things that go wrong helps me learn what I need to do to keep improving. That is why I want to try something new.

In any case, get ready because you're about to get your hashtag Bella Butt Kickin' in this next episode of Bella in Your Business.
So what do you say? Let's get ready and jump. Welcome back to another episode of Bella in Your Business. My name is Bella Vasta, and today we're going to talk about the truth about what happens in the in-person intensives. Over the past few months, I’ve been doing these intensives across the United States, and I thought it was time to share what really goes on behind the scenes—what the experience is like, the breakthroughs, and even the travel chaos that sometimes comes with it.
I started doing these because I realized that sometimes the best way to make real progress in a business is to get out of your day-to-day environment and have someone come in, sit down with you, and help you see your business from a higher level. These intensives are about total immersion. It’s not just a coaching session—it’s a full day of strategy, breakthroughs, and implementation. When I go to see a client, I come prepared. I have all their materials, we’ve already done prep work, and I often bring supplies like easel pads, Post-its, markers, snacks, and even lunch delivery. I want it to feel like an executive retreat focused entirely on you and your business.
One of my recent trips started off with a bit of drama. The Airbnb I had booked looked beautiful online, but when I arrived, I couldn’t get into the building because the key wasn’t left where it was supposed to be. There were a few other issues too, so I decided to check out early and switch to a Marriott. It ended up being the right call because the next day I was heading to my client’s home office. She wanted me to come to her space and really dive into her operations. She had been to one of my retreats in Arizona before, so this was like a full-circle moment.
That day, we spent hours mapping out strategies to help her scale her business to a million dollars. We broke down hiring systems, client experience workflows, and marketing sequences. We literally covered the walls with giant Post-it sheets—each one representing a key system or goal. At the end of the day, she surprised me with an ice cream cake for my birthday, which was such a sweet gesture. These are the moments I love most—where business meets genuine human connection.
After wrapping up that session, I took some time to drive into D.C. I got to see the Lincoln Memorial and the White House—sights I hadn’t visited since I was a kid. Then, I flew home the next morning and immediately started preparing for the next intensive. That one was equally inspiring. The client had started her business right before the pandemic and was already nearing six figures. But she was still operating with a solo sitter mentality. During our session, we worked on shifting her mindset and systems toward scalability.
We also talked a lot about celebrating wins. I encouraged her—and I’m encouraging you—to keep a “celebration jar” on your kitchen table. Every time something good happens, write it down, fold it up, and throw it in the jar. When you’re feeling discouraged, open it and remind yourself how far you’ve come. It’s a simple but powerful way to reframe your thinking.
Toward the end of our day together, we moved from strategy to heart-to-heart. We talked about how business is often a mirror of our personal lives—that the same patterns show up in both. We both got emotional, and it was one of those moments where you realize that success isn’t just about tactics. It’s about the person behind the business.
Now, let’s talk about the travel side. On my last trip, the Airbnb looked gorgeous online—floor-to-ceiling windows, city view—but no blinds. None. It was like living in a fishbowl. So once again, I checked out and went to a hotel. Then, my flight home got canceled because of engine trouble. I had to reroute through Dallas with a long layover and didn’t get home until hours later than expected. To make things worse, my bag didn’t make it home with me—and my car key was inside it.
Thankfully, my mom was able to grab the spare key and drive to the airport with my daughter, but traffic from an accident delayed her too. I ended up sitting at the airport for another hour before finally getting home. It was exhausting. But even in that moment, I realized how important it is to find the silver lining. It would’ve been easy to get angry or frustrated, but I chose to stay calm and grateful. I told myself, “At least they found the engine problem before takeoff.” That shift in mindset changes everything.
Traveling right now is stressful—fewer crews, unpredictable schedules, and a lot of frustrated people. But it’s also a reminder that in business and in life, we have to stay flexible and positive. It’s so easy to get lost in stress or negativity, but focusing on what’s still good—the silver linings—keeps you grounded.
That’s why I often say, “When life gets you down, always keep jumping.” It’s not just a cute slogan—it’s a mindset. And honestly, that’s what I want my clients to take away from these intensives. Yes, we work on systems, strategy, and scalability, but we also work on resilience, mindset, and joy.
As I reflect on these experiences, I’ve been thinking about trying something new. Instead of me flying to clients, what if clients flew to me? I’ve been looking at Airbnbs and VRBOs here in Arizona, thinking about hosting “reverse intensives.” You’d come here, stay in a beautiful space, and we’d spend a full day together—just you and me, diving into your business with zero distractions. Because I wouldn’t have travel costs, it would be more affordable—probably around $3,300—and would include two nights of accommodations and a full-day intensive with me.
If that sounds interesting, email me at [email protected]. I’m open to exploring it. These intensives are life- and business-changing. They aren’t just meetings; they’re transformation days. We dig deep, plan strategically, and build systems that will actually move your business forward.
So that’s the truth about what happens in the in-person intensives. They’re powerful, emotional, exhausting, and deeply rewarding—for both me and my clients. They’re about creating clarity, systems, and a renewed sense of purpose.
As we head into the end of the year, I know many of you are struggling with hiring, burnout, or just trying to grow. You can fix it—but you have to be willing to do the work. Don’t keep doing the same thing expecting a different result. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting change. So stop repeating what isn’t working. Try something new.
Thank you for listening. I hope this episode inspired you and reminded you to find the joy in what you do, to celebrate your wins, and to always keep jumping.
So what did you think? Did you love this episode? I sure hope you did because I put a lot of love into this for you. The best way you can show me that is by going to iTunes, Stitcher, Google Play,...
