Dear friends of Hive! I hope you are doing great! This time I'm bringing you two items I bought for my Hive, YouTube and Instagram productions.

I'll tell you 2 secrets:

1 - Sometimes I'm really hard to set up all this stuff for filming or recording. That is, preparing the microphone and tripod. I can't even tell you when I had lights in Argentina, haha.

2 - My best videos are the ones that have the least preparation. Like when you take those spontaneous photos that end up being great shots... well, like that, hehe.

I bought these items on Amazon a few weeks ago. The tripod comes in handy, because even though I have a DJI OM 5 stabilizer (let me know if you want me to talk about this in another post), the length is not too good for my videos, especially the Yoga ones.

Also, my tie clip microphone, which I introduced here on Hive months ago, broke. It broke because I dropped it many times on the floor, so I kind of unintentionally ended its useful life, heh.

Because of this, I bought "another one", the thing is that there was a promotion and there were two of them. This is great, because I could leave one with the accessory to avoid the sound of the wind and the other I left it normal.

Amigos queridos de Hive! Espero que estén de maravilla! En esta ocasión les acerco dos elementos que me compré para mis producciones tanto en Hive como en YouTube e Instagram.

Les cuento 2 secretos:

1 - A veces me da mucha fiaca armar todo esto para filmar o grabar. Es decir, preparar el micrófono y el trípode. Ni les cuento cuando tenía luces en Argentina, jaja.

2 - Mis mejores videos son los que menos preparación tienen. Como cuando sacas esas fotos espontáneas que al final son fotones… bueno, así, jeje.

Me compré estos elementos por Amazon hace unas semanas atrás. El trípode me viene muy bien, porque aunque tengo un estabilizador DJI OM 5 (decime si querés que hable de esto en otro post), la longitud no es demasiado buena para mis videos, en especial para los de Yoga.

Además, mi micrófono corbatero, que hace meses presenté por aquí por Hive, se rompió. Se rompió porque se me cayó muchas veces al piso, así que medio que yo terminé sin querer con su vida útil, je.

Por esto, me compré “otro”, el tema es que había una promoción y venían dos. Esto es genial, porque a uno pude dejarlo con el accesorio para evitar que se escuche el sonido del viento y al otro lo dejé normal.

Hola mis queridos amigos de Hive y de Full Deportes! En esta ocasión les acerco una experiencia espectacular que tuve ayer en Ibiza, y es que hice Kayak!! Una nueva aventura agregad a la lista.

Desde mis 12 años me gustaron mucho los botes, tanto, que pasé un año y medio practicando remo de paseo entre mis 12 y 13 años en el Club Regatas de Mendoza.

Luego hice Kayak en Chile, en el mar, así como una sencilla experiencia, y también hice Kayak en San Luis y en Potrerillos, Mendoza. Todas estas experiencias de algunas horas.

Pero esta vez en Ibiza, llegué a otro nivel y superé todos mis récords. Estuve haciendo kayak durante 3 horas en el mar.

Hello my dear friends from Hive and Full Deportes! This time I bring you a spectacular experience that I had yesterday in Ibiza, and that is that I did Kayaking! A new adventure added to the list.

Since I was 12 years old I really liked boats, so much that I spent a year and a half practicing stand up paddling between my 12 and 13 years old in the Club Regatas de Mendoza.

Then I did Kayak in Chile, in the sea, as well as a simple experience, and I also did Kayak in San Luis and in Potrerillos, Mendoza. All these experiences lasted a few hours.

But this time in Ibiza, I reached another level and surpassed all my records. I was kayaking for 3 hours in the sea.

El valor de las 3 horas de kayak es, en este lugar de Ibiza (playa Es Figueral), de €35, lo cual me parece excelente, ya que por ejemplo hacer buceo durante 30 minutos en Israel, me costó USD100… En ambas oportunidades el valor incluía el equipamiento y en esta experiencia en Ibiza, además nos dieron limonada y fruta a mitad de camino.

Todo empieza con unos 15 minutos de explicación y luego vas al agua, en donde te siguen explicando mientras te vas moviendo.

Puedes hacer esta actividad en kayaks individuales o dobles. En este caso yo iba sola, pero he tenido ambas experiencias y creo que es más fácil utilizar el individual, salvo que tengas un buen compañero o compañera.

Por algo se empieza y si querés hacerlo, algún día será tu primera vez haciendo Kayak. Sí creo que hay que tener muchas ganas, en especial en el mar. El viento y la densidad del agua pueden jugarte una pasada interesante si eres 100% inexperto, ya que creerás que es “así de difícil”, pero no lo es. En lagos es muy sencillo.

Claro que tienes que queres trabajar tus brazos y sería buenísimo que tengas un poco de fuerza, pero esto no es indispensable.

Creo que lo que más necesitas es GANAS.

Lo que sí claro, asegúrate de ir o bien con un instructor o con alguna persona que sí tenga experiencia.

You have to start somewhere and if you want to do it, someday it will be your first time kayaking. I do think you need to have a lot of desire, especially in the sea. The wind and the density of the water can play an interesting trick on you if you are 100% inexperienced, because you will think it is “that difficult”, but it is not. On lakes it is very easy.

Of course you have to work your arms and it would be great if you have some strength, but this is not essential.

I think what you need more than anything else is HOPE.

Of course, make sure you go either with an instructor or with someone who has experience.

Verán que hay fotos que se ven medio borrosas, es debido al agua, la bruma, la sal que quedaba en la cámara del móvil. No tenía con qué limpiarla. En un momento el instructor me prestó un trapito, que ayudó a capturar un poco más de material.

Amigos queridos, hoy toca ser muy sincera una vez más.

Aunque vengo compartiendo con ustedes mi actividad física tanto en trekkings como en Yoga, debo decir que esta vez me ha costado bastante mantener un ritmo de entrenamiento y/o práctica.

Los movimientos han sido abruptos en estos meses, y mientras en mi viaje anterior fui voluntaria, esta vez estoy trabajando formalmente, por lo que la exigencia es 10 veces mayor a lo que piden en un voluntariado.

En una isla como Ibiza, repleta de turistas, el mundo de la hostelería (así se dice en España), es el más dinámico, donde hay más trabajo y también en el que más se aprovechan de los trabajadores.

Aquí casi no existen los 2 días libres por semana ni los fines de semana libres, quienes han logrado eso son realmente muy afortunados, ya que se trabaja entre 8 y 10 horas por día, 6 días por semana.

On an island like Ibiza, full of tourists, the world of hospitality (so they say in Spain), is the most dynamic, where there is more work and also where they take advantage of the workers.

Here there are almost no 2 days off per week or weekends off, those who have achieved that are really very lucky, since they work between 8 and 10 hours per day, 6 days per week.

Esto, sumado a mis cambios de trabajo desde que salí de Argentina, dificultaron mi práctica y a ello se le sumó la falta de espacio.

Poco a poco en Ibiza por suerte, estoy recuperando el equilibrio. Igualmente voy a felicitarme, porque aunque ha faltado ritmo, jamás me detuve, y eso es algo que valoro mucho de mi.

En este post quisiera hacer especial mención a la alimentación. Lo que diré no será autoreferenciado, pero tomo mi experiencia para compartirlo, solo que va redactado para que llegue más a mis lectoras y lectores.

A veces, cuando estás en constante movimiento, lo primero que pasa es que te da ansiedad, y mientras algunas personas dejan de comer, otras personas, empezamos a comer más.

Esto no está ni bien ni mal, pero trae consecuencias. Mientras un extremo nos priva de nutrientes, el otro extremo no solo nos priva de nutrientes (muchas veces comemos cualquier cosa), sino que además nos aletarga, nos hace ganar peso, nos agota.

Sometimes, when you are in constant movement, the first thing that happens is that you get anxiety, and while some people stop eating, other people, we start eating more.

This is neither right nor wrong, but it has consequences. While one extreme deprives us of nutrients, the other extreme not only deprives us of nutrients (many times we eat anything), but also makes us lethargic, makes us gain weight, exhausts us.

Por eso creo que lo más importante al empezar un cambio de vida, es ser muy consciente del estilo de vida que estamos llevando a cabo en cuanto a descanso, alimentación, deporte.

Si no hay balance, intenta equilibrar primero tu estilo de vida antes de implementar cambios radicales.

A esto sugiero el desarrollo de una consciencia corporal plena, ya que esto te permitirá leer mejor a tu cuerpo cuando sienta cualquier necesidad, sea de comer o de no, y sobre todo podrás comprender qué es lo que necesita.

If there is no balance, try to balance your lifestyle first before implementing radical changes.

En el presente video están viendo un breve flow de Vinyasa que pensé que me iba a costar, en especial por la postura de Sirsasana. Pero cada vez me asombro más de la memoria que tiene el cuerpo.

Sí debo reconocer que en los movimientos siento bastante los kilitos de más, jeje, aunque no se note mucho en la cámara.

Esta secuencia se sintió muy bien, fue relajada pero al mismo tiempo tuvo sus desafíos. Te la recomiendo para darle movimiento al cuerpo y equilibrar la energía que pueda estar un poco dispersa.

In this video you are watching a short Vinyasa flow that I thought I was going to struggle with, especially because of the Sirsasana posture. But every time I am more and more amazed at the memory that the body has.

I must admit that in the movements I feel the extra kilos, hehe, although it is not very noticeable in the camera.

This sequence felt great, it was relaxed but at the same time had its challenges. I recommend it to give movement to the body and balance the energy that may be a little scattered.

Amigos queridos de Full Deportes, me los llevo a pasear por la naturaleza bellísima de Ibiza, especialmente por la zona cercana a Santa Eulalia. Quiero que sepan que justo en este video, salgo mal, muy mal, jaja, no me pregunten por qué, creo que fue la toma, pero bueno, quedó así, jaja.

El objetivo era ir a visitar Cala Blanca, pero al final llegué hasta donde pude porque el camino empezó a ser poco claro.

Encontré una bifurcación con túnel incluido como pueden ver en el video, y tomé tanto esa opción como la otra, pero ninguna me condujo a un lugar preciso. O quizás fue que yo no me animé a caminar demasiado más por la morfología del terreno.

Esta caminata tomó alrededor de 2 horas, pero nunca conté el tiempo porque en el camino de vuelta me perdí, iba sola y la verdad que cuando me acordé de ver el tiempo ya estaba en casa, je.

No recomiendo hacer este tipo de trekkings sola, salvo que una ya conozca el camino, pues no había un sendero como tal, y seguí de largo, sin ver una roca clave que había pasado al bajar, y me uní a otro sendero que se iba hacia lo alto de una montaña.

La verdad es que no la pasé bien en ese instante porque hasta perdí la señal del móvil, por lo que estaba sola, con medio litro de agua, incomunicada, y acababa de haber visto una serpiente en el suelo.

En fin, una gran experiencia, muy linda en general, pero que me enseñó o a prestar MUCHA atención al camino o a ir con alguien más.

I do not recommend doing this type of trekking alone, unless you already know the way, because there was no trail as such, and I continued on, without seeing a key rock that I had passed on the way down, and I joined another trail that went to the top of a mountain.

Hola queridos amigas y amigos de Hive, espero que estén pasando un día maravilloso. En esta oportunidad me sumo a la iniciativa de Hive Argentina, motivada e invitada por @zutodoterreno.

Primero les comento que su post me encantó! Fue breve, claro, y sumamente sincero. Creo que en pocas palabras resume mucho de lo que ella comenta sobre Hive, que desde mi punto de vista, es justamente lo que tenemos que compartir quienes estamos aquí.

Yo les comparto un poco lo mismo, con mis palabras, y agrego un aspecto laboral que no había considerado hasta hace muy poco tiempo.

Creo que Hive de pronto nos hace desarrollar muchas más habilidades de las que somos conscientes, y que van más allá de la mera creación de contenido.

De pronto estamos haciendo un portfolio, un CV, contactos, y claro que creando las herramientas que necesitamos para poder dar vida a nuestro blog.

Hola queridos amigos de Hive y de Full Deportes! Les dejo este flow de Vinyasa para que disfruten un momento de las maravillas del Yoga. Esta práctica tuvo una duración de tan solo 4 minutos, por lo que me parece un flow espectacular para hacer un corte en una jornada laboral.

Me gustó tanto la música que decidí no ponerle voz en off, pues al final iba a ser lo mismo y se iba a opacar el efecto de la música que quedó tan lindo con la rutina acelerada.

Las posturas que ven realizan un trabajo integral en el cuerpo, desde estiramiento hasta fuerza.

Me parece excelente para cuando pasamos tantas horas sentados, ya que puedes hacer esto cada 1:30 hora por ejemplo, y así llenar tu cuerpo de energía, al tiempo que te estiras y que te preparas para continuar con tu trabajo o con tu jornada. Esto es lo que se llama pausa activa, y realmente no solo es excelente para el cuerpo, sino que también incrementa la productividad.

Hello dear friends of Hive and Full Deportes! I leave you this Vinyasa flow to enjoy a moment of the wonders of Yoga. This practice had a duration of only 4 minutes, so it seems to me a spectacular flow to make a break in a working day.

I liked the music so much that I decided not to put voice-over, because in the end it would be the same and it would dull the effect of the music that was so nice with the accelerated routine.

The postures you see perform a comprehensive work on the body, from stretching to strength.

I find it excellent for when we spend so many hours sitting, because you can do this every 1:30 hour for example, and thus fill your body with energy, while you stretch and get ready to continue with your work or your day. This is what is called active pause, and it really is not only excellent for the body, but also increases productivity.

Las posturas que ven en este flow, son una secuencia y variación del clásico Saludo al Sol A, sumado a Virabhadrasana II (Guerrero II), Viparita Virabhadrasana (Guerrero Invertido), Utthita PArsvakonadana (Postura del ángulo extendido lateral), Prasaritta Padotanasana (Postura del gran ángulo).

Son posturas simples, que cada practicante debe llevar hasta donde su cuerpo le pida, que cuentan con extensiones, flexiones, trabajo de fuerza de brazos y piernas, y necesidad de enfoque.

Esta rutina también puede repetirse 4 veces, en modo serie, y así realizar 20 minutos aproximadamente de Yoga, lo cual resulta en un trabajo cardio muy interesante y beneficioso.

Siempre es importante respirar (inhalar y exhalar) por nariz, e inhalar en las aperturas o extensiones y exhalar al cerrar o al flexionar.

The postures that you see in this flow, are a sequence and variation of the classic Sun Salutation A, added to Virabhadrasana II (Warrior II), Viparita Virabhadrasana (Inverted Warrior), Utthita PArsvakonadana (Lateral Extended Angle Pose), Prasaritta Padotanasana (Wide Angle Pose).

These are simple postures, which each practitioner should take as far as their body asks them to go, that feature extensions, bends, arm and leg strength work, and the need for focus.

This routine can also be repeated 4 times, in series mode, and thus perform approximately 20 minutes of Yoga, which results in a very interesting and beneficial cardio workout.

It is always important to breathe (inhale and exhale) through the nose, and inhale on openings or extensions and exhale on closing or bending.
