We discuss being left out of certain situations & the word “FAKE” and how it’s used!!!

Encouragement

I interview my best friend Kayla Davidson, we get real detailed and she doesn’t hold back!!!

The number “2” was reassurance for me to keep going, and to keep doing what I love. Don’t be anxious, be patient and in due time God will reveal his plans for my life!!! Patience is key 🔑

Sirderrick speaks from a man’s point of view!!! It’s ok to be vulnerable and to want to be asked “Are you ok.” Society teaches our men of color to keep everything bottled in, & that’s when they lose it. Let it out please!!!

These two ladies, give their opinions on Mental Health. One is a single lady, with no children & the other is a Stay at home Mom who is Married with 5 children!!!

I give you a snippet of my life, & where my anxiety stemmed from.

Today I interviewed my cousin Whitney, she did not hold back. She put it all out there, maybe this can help someone that may be going through what we discussed. God Bless

We need more like her!!! Thank you for being enthusiastic 🌺

I believe I truly inherited anxiety from her, but the difference between her and I is, I don’t let it define me!!! I speak positively and I get along with pretty much everybody. My mom has times were she feels like people are against her, and she always thinks people are gossiping about her. It is a mind thing, as you can tell, we’re more like Best Friends instead of Mother and daughter. She has always looked for my support and truth be told I’ve kept her going for so long when she was down at her worst. That’s my mother y’all, and I will always have her back!!! A mother’s love can’t be touched....it’s unconditional.
