Antony Costa sits down with me for a completely honest and funny chat about how he's getting on as a Dad. In the last year his work has stopped and he's not happy about it.

He talks about finding patience, working as a team with his partner and shares a fantastic story when Blue were snubbed by Donatella Versace!

I genuinely think this is the most positive episode we have ever recorded. Any parent that feeling a bit demotivated at the moment, listen to Kate's enthusiasm and it will definitely cheer you up.

Kate raised her son as a single mother whilst also juggling her TV career. She talks so fantastically honestly about some of the struggles she went through and throughout this episode, her positivity towards parenting will really lift up any parent.
