Ben is the owner, founder, and funguy (get it?) of Malama Mushrooms.  They specialize in creating fun, friendly, easy-to-use medicinal (or fung-tional) mushroom products. He is working on studying the native mushrooms of Hawai'i, identifying novel chemical compounds in them, and hopefully sharing that with the world. A lot of puns in there. We dive in to how he got in to it, where he's at now, and how he wants to navigate a very popular and growing niche industry.  This was a really fun one, buckle up.
