The Cincinnati Bengals and rookie defensive end Shemar Stewart remain at a standoff over language in his rookie contract. Despite not being under contract, the Bengals first-round draft choice was in attendance at Bengals Minicamp until Thursday. The Bengals also continue to negotiate with All-Pro defensive end Trey Hendrickson. As of the taping of this episode, the two sides have not agreed to a new deal. Elsewhere around the league, the Pittsburgh Steelers are also in contract negotiations with their defensive star, T.J. Watt. The former Defensive Player of the Year is entering the final year of his deal and seeking a new one. Watt has not attended offseason training while he seeks that new deal. However, not every big-name Steelers player is sitting on the sidelines. The Steelers welcomed new quarterback, Aaron Rodgers, to their 2025 minicamp.
