Today on the podcast, former NFL running back Matt Forte officially begins his role as pro athlete voice on the Sports Spectrum podcast and he's joined by his good friend and longtime NFL tight end Benjamin Watson.

Benjamin played 16 seasons in the NFL (2004-2019) with the Patriots, Browns, Saints and Ravens. He is the author of three books and is a college football analyst with the SEC Network.
