I welcome you to enjoy this and every moment. Every lunar cycle the “moon” reflects light and shadow.

The Full Moon Arrives(d) tomorrow Friday, March 18, 2022 at 12:18 AM PST (-8UTC). Are you ready to move into action? The seasonal shift from Yang to Yin and Yin to Yang is upon us. As we move into Spring and Fall on planet earth. We are feeling the historic theme of SPRING...Fighting. War. Separation. Division. 

The Cause and Effect, true nature and reality of this world system. We are reaping what we have sowed as a collective human race. The pattern has been repeated over and over. The "Karma" continues to build. Leading us further from finding and engaging solutions. In stead, we have become dedicated to running in circles, picking up the next social manipulation to separate the HUManity within you and between your fellow humans. 

As inspired, take a few moments with this mediation and reflect on the patterns you have ingrained deeply from within, with your family + friends and your local community. Then, ask yourself where am I ready to heal, include myself and others? Finally, as inspired open a conversation within yourself and others...welcome listening and speaking to all sides. If possible...retain patience.

The New Moon Arrives(d) today, March 2, 2022 at 9:34 AM PST (-8 UTC). As inspired listen deeply, observe (pause), see what is over the next few days. Take that information and heal, let go, transform it and/or prepare to move into action.

We are transitioning from the energy of Feminine (Winter) and Masculine (Summer). By listening deeper and paying attention to what arises on this New Moon and the entry into the Tibetan Lunar New Year. Then, return your focus to what will benefit your great work and serve those around you. This is a moment to clean house, expel "darkness' (AKA evil)in your home, offices, within self and within your communities. "Sutra 31
The symptoms or manifestations of this distracted state (viksepa) are mental and pain, anguish, turmoil, despair, tremors, rough and erratic breathing, and general nervousness and anxiety.
Sutra 32
The remedy (pratishedha) for these obstacles is ever increasing our practice (abhyasa) of one pointed dedication and devotion to the truth (eka-tattvabhyasa) -- the continued practice of rooting out those obstacles of self delusion, and letting go of falsehood.
Sutra 33
By cultivating (bhavanatas) friendliness and loving kindness (maitri), love (karuna), happiness (mudita), equanimity and sympathetic joyfulness (upeksanam) in [all] conditions (visayanam) and beings whether it be joyful or painful, auspicious or not, a sweet grace arises that establishes a clarity of the heartmind (citta-prasadanam)."

Focus: Own It. We will explore how we can own the aspect of our inner state of being that feeds that which no longer serves humanity. In addition, we will evaluate how faith and integrity will assist you in this moment on planet earth.

I welcome you to enjoy this moment. Every lunar cycle the "moon" reflects light and shadow.

The Full Moon Arrives(d) today Wednesday, February 16, 2021 at 8:57 AM PST (-8UTC). An Opportunity to move into action. If you choose to keep your eye on the Horizon, you can give way to what the New Moon dug up in an around your life. Rather than try to replant the old tangled with the weeds. Let it all go into the compost pile. Create the space needed for you to find solid ground and lock in on the horizon. While the distractions are many right now, all you need to be is anchored within you. Once, you feel that; then, you will have the power and strength to retain a clearer vision, an open mind and focus. While the heart center may still be sensitive to what is rising up in and around you. Remember, that with the alchemical great fortune of SPACE...certainty will arrive over the upcoming Lunar cycle and soon to arrive NEW LUNAR YEAR.

Stay Focused, Listen and Observe what is arriving in and around you. We are in the full energy of the Feminine (Winter) and Masculine (Summer)...SOON to be transitioning to SPRING AND FALL.

Patanjali says, “The first step of yoga is reduction of speech”.  Swami Nithyananda explains - “to achieve the reduction of speech, reduction of thoughts needs to happen. For reduction of thoughts to happen, integrity must be lived. This will naturally lead to a reduction in thoughts, not just too oneself, but in speech to others. For Integrity to become part of you, you must go on sharing this truth with others. You will be find yourself practicing and living what you share and teach to others.”

Focus: Inviting you to step see your true colors. Then, discern how you are to show up in the world around you. Which shall lead you to step into your power and grace.
