COMMANDER ROD ROBINSON, Commander in Chief of the Chicago Police Department

27-year member of CPD; serves as Executive Officer of Area 4, also served as the Commander of the 7th (Englewood) District, 6th (Gresham) District and 11th (Harrison) District, as well as SWAT, HBT and Organized Crime. Commander Robinson has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Saint Xavier University, and attended the FBI National Academy in 2019.

LIZZO ADDRESSES WHITE FANS: 'IF YOU STAY SILENT YOU ARE A PART OF THE PROBLEM 

In a video clip posted to her Instagram page, a teary-eyed Lizzo addressed her white fans, saying that if they are silent when it comes to racism, they are a part of the problem.

She said, “White people, this is your daily reminder that as long as you stay silent, you are part of the problem. I know you’re not racist, but you have to be more than that. You have to be anti-racist. Speak up. And to all the influential people who have spoken up, thank you so much for your allyship and your support.”
