I want you to create your own fitness plan I gave what I do.  And then I want you to create your own diet only for you.  No junk food or sugars allowed unless it is all-natural sugar. Make it fun. No one will judge you but God and yourself. You only have some many days to start this before September 2020 leaves. But you can carry it into October.

As I was doing this show my heart wanted to just break down and cry.  Because we lost someone that has so much to offer to this world. But yet he is still working although he not on earth he is in our heart. 

Please men and women get yourselves check out. Between C19 and Cancer, we are losing the battle. But if we do what is right we can win. I wish that Chad would have said something. People are all over the world could have been praying for him. 

But people that have cancer do not talk or be around people that much. But my mission is to help promote good health and good sound information that when I say something you can look it up and see that I knew what I was talking about.

Hello guys and Happy Friday, As I was saying on the show. I am always doing stuff and I had thought about this drink for a long time.  Well, today I did it and I was shocked that it came out great. 

 Get Mc Cormick granulated garlic and  Mc Cormick Turmeric and added 1/4 tsp and added honey or all-natural sugar to taste.

And I must say it came out good. lol.

I had a great time interviewing this guy right here. He had me laughing.  We got cut off toward the end. But we will b doing a second interview. I would like to have a call of action. For 1 week every day go to someone and just say I love you. And I am thankful for you. 

It sounds crazy. But if we are going to get rid of this virus we as Americans and other countries are going to have to do something. In this world, there is no love. NO LOVE. So much hate.  If you see an elderly person trying to do something do not just walk by them show them, love.  

If you see an animal just do not kick it show them, love. ( not just any animal) I mean your pets. spread the love even with the trees and plants show them, love.  And you might ask why are we doing this. 

And the answer to your question is this.
