  • A change in format. A song and a memory.

  • More phone calls. Followup on Las Vegas trip. Story of a cop and lucky person.
Just a public note on the phone calls and messages I left. It took about 3 hours total. A shortened Las Vegas observation due to health concerns. And my favorite segment...a story of a cop and a lucky person. As a side note I forgot to mention, I profited about 220 off free Play, about 180 after expenses. First income in a couple weeks. And our monetization is heading towards 5 dollars for charity. Everything to charity, matter what happens. Hope you enjoy, or pick a segment that interests you. Talk to you soon. Be kind, generous, and good luck.

  • Preview to a live Las Vegas strip experience May 23, 2021.And another childhood gambling experience.
In the spirit of not judging by only one experience, I will attempt to record a full day of my activities at primarily what we're caesars corporation properties at which I am a top tier VIP. The Eldorado has merged or taken over these properties recently. However, my focus will be more on how the changes in both ownership and technology may be evident in both service and gaming options. And any other crazy stuff happening in Las Vegas these days. I hope to have a great experience, however I'm sure it will be interesting. My review will probably be available late tonight or sometime tomorrow, depending on how much information I collect. Also another childhood gambling memory. Pitching pennies and marble playing in my neighborhood. Talk to you then.

  • An earlier episode reflecting on ignorance, tolerance and understanding.
Obviously, this patience and tolerance wasnt helpful in dealing with the state government of California, Pechanga, or Harrahs Rincon. So in contradiction to these words, recently have taken a harsher tone with specific bad actors everywhere, in hopes they will come forward with some honesty and avoid hurting people further. Anyway this was part of an earlier episode about how casinos are similar to our places of work, and most importantly our families. Dedicated to my sister Lidia who I love and miss.

  • YouTube insults related to my memory of Pam.
An earlier episode and one of the reasons for pulling the majority of earlier episodes. I sent links to some Newsome videos. All insulted me and the memory of Pam. One was a BOT. Now you know how I feel about technology, politics, and society. More of the green mile reference.

  • An illegal $50,000 drawing by Pechanga. And my 2 year wait for an arbitration request.
How an illegal drawing was held with prior admission of inaccuracies of entry totals. My recent phone followup last week with still no response. Touching slightly on the upcoming Harrahs Rincon issues. My emotional response the the very personal consequences. The tough guy shift managers they revert problems to intimidate customers like me. Governor Gavin Newsomes California Bureau of Gambling Control, which actually has zero control. Anyway, still no call backs from Newsome or Pechanga. Is this OK?

  • Baby boomer impact upon casino bottom line. The unanswered Pechanga deception without consequences?
A bit about starting a podcast, baby boomer impact on casino bottom line. My ten item In a bag customer service theory. A random Mush thought. My Sinatra inspiration. The Pechanga casino case study which cheated their customers of millions of dollars of points. A very deceptive Dollar store comparison. Still waiting for arbitration on another similar incident which includes this case. No explanation of how they reimbursed the millions of points to their customers. Relates to ZERO enforcement of casino gambling in California. Is this OK? A Sopranos reference.

Just talking about stuff that I find stupid or interesting. Mostly, from an older Americans perspective. No scripts, no agendas, and not much research. Mostly, looking back but also seeking new stuff…
