Brady Wald is principal at Liberty Arts Academy in Mesa, Arizona.  He has served in the roles of teacher, teacher on special assignment, assistant principal, athletic director, and principal in elementary, middle school, and high schools in the East Valley of Arizona.  Mr. Wald graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Social Studies and Secondary Education from Minnesota State University and a Masters degree in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University.  In 2008, Mr. Wald was recognized by the Rodel Foundation of Arizona as an Aspiring Principal.  Also, he has been a contributing author for "Successful Data Teams," and an author for the "White Paper Series" and an article for the Lead & Learn Magazine all through  the Leadership and Learning Center.

Dr. Steven Miletto is the voice/interviewer for Teaching Learning Leading K12. He is in his 31st year of serving public school communities throughout the state of Georgia. He has been a history teacher, assistant principal, and high school principal. He currently is the Executive Director of the Heart of Georgia RESA (Regional Educational Service Agency). In 2009, he was recognized as the GASSP (Georgia Association of Secondary School Principals) Georgia Principal of the Year and in 2010 as one of three finalists for the NASSP (National Association of Secondary School Principals)/MetLife National Principal of the Year.
