Commitment, commitment, commitment! This word can have so many different meanings, and we are happy about that. For this episode, we are going to focus our commitment around goal-setting. You have two options: you can commit or quit when it comes to achieving your goal. Today we discuss removing quitting from the equation altogether. We also do some quick mental calculations and look at what an "all it take" plan looks like when goal-setting around a 90-day time frame.
A lot of the times, people who are not operating at their maximum capacity do not have goals set up. And on the other hand, you may have goals, but you might not be sure what next steps to take to achieve the result you are desiring. Goal-setting, "all it takes" planning, and commitment will get you going in the right direction and pave a clear path to that goal that is waiting for you.

Let the coaching call continue! This episode is part 2 of the Put Me In, Coach! two-part coaching series.
This session covers conversations about how a change in circumstances can actually turn out for the better. A lot of the times when circumstances change, we have immediate negative thoughts that come in the form of “fake stories”. Plans change and our brains immediately go to the worst case scenario. What if every situation that changed actually turned out to be the best situation ever?
Another topic of conversation is the power of a timeline. A lot of the times we wait until perfect conditions occur to start chasing our goals. When in reality, there is no such thing as perfect conditions. Starting now and figuring out as you go might be alternative to head towards your goals sooner and have amazing growth moments along the way.

Tune in to hear a coaching call with one of my amazing clients. I have said it once and I will say it again... life coaches need coaches! This episode provides clarity on what it means to go through a coaching session, and what it means for the coach and the client to sit on a virtual couch and study the client's mind. Topics for coaching calls range far and wide, and some of the biggest takeaways are below:
- Uncomfortability is the key to success.
- To reach optimal results, being uncomfortable is the key.
- By just changing one word in your thoughts, there can be a major positive shift in your results.
- Taking immediate action is so important when tackling large goals and procrastination can be the detriment to great success.

The power of sentences is going to be the powerful message during episode number 14. The Passion Project covers my life coaching conference takeaways, and how choosing the sentences that you think and believe is so important to achieving your results. One of the biggest things that I learned about sentences while in Phoenix is that we generate desire with belief sentences and we generate doubt with disbelief sentences. Here's to more belief sentences and less disbelief sentences, in favor of our goals. Desire comes from believing in a possibility in your passions and dreams enough that it outlasts doubt. Desire is activated from decision and decisions also confirm beliefs. Having trouble managing belief sentences in your mind? Tune in to learn how to swap words and phrases for more useful narratives. You will also learn more about my niche: young professionals finding passion and turning your passion into valuable profitability. There is great knowledge in this episode if you are wanting to locate your passion or turn your value into valuable abundance.

I really enjoy the holidays, and this is not the case for all people. I also really enjoy having a positive mindset, but this is not possible all day every day, especially during the holiday season. When Judge Won't Budge is for those individuals that find themselves in a bit of judgy headspace around a time that is supposed to be filled with connection, love, and relaxation from the regular day-to-day. People open up their homes, put their families on Instagram, or even open up about not traveling home for the holidays because they do not have a family to go home to. All of these scenarios do not mean anything about anybody, but it does give the opportunity for individuals to judge. Judge right away, but what about judging and becoming curious? What about judging and then finding ways to connect and learn more about any person's circumstances? You will learn:
- The different doors of judgment and what they are.
- How Warm Whispers calm me down on a regular basis.
- Ways in which you can partake in activities that make judgment productive.
- That judging and relationships of any kind go hand-in-hand.
Open up the door to judgment and let it in. You will be surprised to find out that by allowing it you actual allow more connection on the other side of the threshold.

They say that friends are like family, and this episode is a good representation of just that. Kristina Funder, a lifelong friend that is currently living in New York, shares her story about navigating employment in the Big Apple. Overcoming adversity is the plot line during our discussion, and the prevailing theme is her willingness to keep trying through many internships, interviews, employment experiences, and new beginnings. The best part is what she learned about herself along the way. If you are beginning, in the middle or nearing the end of finding a role that resonates with what you have been seeking, this is the podcast for you. Whether you are in New York or not, or are navigating trials that do/do not surround employment, her story can enhance the belief that continued and consistent effort leads to a positive result.

Shame is the name of the game for episode number 9. Can you identify the last time you experienced shame? If you are having feelings of shame, would you be able to identify that it is shame that you are experiencing? Let's get to know shame better so when we are feeling this emotion, we are able to identify it. I bring Brene Brown to the scene, to shed expert advice on such an in-depth topic. Brene is an author, researcher, professor, and shame wizard who provides details on this topic through the lens of real-life interviews. Shame has many layers, and it come to the scene inwardly or outwardly. Recognizing shame is the first step, critical awareness if you will. Being able to share shame with your connection network, rather than insulating it, will make you have optimal shame awareness.
