This episode is a conversation between me and my first ever life coach friend, Dr. Stefanie Dringus. We certified as coaches at the same time and have been witnessing and cheering each other on as we've both gone down the entrepreneurship path. During this episode, we talk about the trials, tribulations, successes, and celebrations of achieving a PhD since that is Stef's main coaching focus. A lot of what you find in the Q&A throughout this episode is that achieving a PhD dream is similar to achieving any life dream... it has a lot to do with mindset. Her approach is creative, entertaining, and motivating. Tune in to experience the tips scattered all throughout our conversation.
Stef is a former Global Health academic and consultant, and now is an entrepreneur with a full- time coaching practice. She supports brilliant women at various stages in their PhD journey, to end the struggle with their PhD after overcoming an epic failure herself during her own PhD. She is the creator of the ‘PhinisheD’ programme and her vision is to transform the way women show up in and experience their PhDs.
She shared ahead of our interview the role that her faith has played during her PhD and entrepreneurship journey.
Her coaching approach combines mindset, accountability, action-based strategy and community to help women become ‘Dr.’
