This week we are looking at the original Cancel Culture… The Witch Trial!

For 300 years our go-to allegation against someone we didn’t like or trust was of course, that they must be a witch. We then poked and prodded at them until we found a freckle that proved their allegiance to Satan himself - sounds legit, right?

It turns out we have been accusing each other of being Satan worshipping, baby eating monsters for far longer than we can even imagine!

In this episode we take a look at the tradition of witch-hunting and how that manifested into full blown witch trials that lasted over 200 years, killing thousands.
