You are not your diagnosis!

I know what it feels like to be diagnosed with a medical condition that generally puts your mind and body into a state of havoc.

I am human also BUT I typically have a different point of view to most about dealing with a diagnosis.

Today's episode is no different.

3 years ago I was diagnosed with osteopenia today I have perfect bone health.

No medication required.

Wholefoods, walking and sunshine were my natural healers and even my doctor said diet accounts for a lot.
