Until a few months ago, Mike had been a Tenant brewer for 6+ years and has finally realized his dream of opening a wonderful brewery in the South Shore of Massachusetts, Middleborough to be exact. We discuss his journey, transforming a garage into a beautiful brewery with his father and their 4 hands, his brewing philosophy, the challenges of 2-2-1, and the importance of quality ingredients.     We've got a new brewery in the south shore - 42nd Brew Co. We sit down in their wonderful new taproom in Kingston with co-owners Stephen Darby, Paul Schiele and Matt Ward and get the scoop on the brewery, their Kill the Keg action, their emphasis on design, the bell, and their future plans. In some ways, their origin story is familiar (homebrew guys and a firepit) and in other ways it is definitely not (listen and find out).
