Originally recorded on Easter Sunday as a Beyonding Community session, the first portion of the episode explores an in-depth look at our relationship with rest and how we can give ourselves permission to rest with Beyonding Community coaches, Anika Apple and Denitra "Dee" Ross. We go deep into the emotional, physical, mental and spiritual effects that rest can have within us.

We close out the series with an informative discussion with Dr. Reisha Moxley, Behavioral Psychologist and Asst. Professor of Clinical Medicine & Rehabilitation at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She shed light on how to cater to our souls and gave us insights on using the time we were in wisely. In this conversation, we dove into how to build resiliency using meditation and breathing exercises while managing our intentions using the intention scale.
