As we continue to take a look back at the Beyond the Business Suit Conversations that took place March of 2020, we dive into a conversation featuring Certified Integrative Nutritionist and Founder of Yummy Spoonfuls, Agatha Achindu and Chiropractor and Owner of Elevate Family Chiropractic, Dr. Naeema Olatunji. This important conversation highlights how we can take care of our bodies, along with our families' bodies, during a time where we were stationed majorly at home, which still proves to be relevant two years later.

This conversation tackled tactical things to boost your immune system, thinking twice before drinking milk, the use of hand sanitizer along with eating meat. We even discussed Agatha's family diet at the time to prevent sickness and Dr. Naeema's daily routine to protect their bodies.

We are officially marking 2 years since the pandemic began this month, therefore we're taking a look back by re-releasing a few of our Beyond the Business Suit conversations that feature a few special guests dedicated to to give us support, insight and perspective the help us get through that challenging and unprecedented time.

This series of conversations were originally recorded live via ZOOM March 16-20, 2020, which was the first full week that the majority of the people in the United States were working from home during the COVID-19 pandemic.
