"How I've had success in life, for me, it's really about understanding our brains. There are three core things that, in my mind, are the things that affect success, happiness, everything. You have your conscious mind, this is the stuff that I choose, I choose this goal, I want this thing. Then there's another part of your mind where fear is based out of. Fear is there to protect us, and it's interesting, when a baby is born, there are only two fears, loud noises and the fear of falling. And then over time, they learn more fears. In the new book I break it down into two, fears of the body and fears of the ego. The fears of the ego is the stuff that messes us up, we have this ego that makes us go like "what if they don't like me?" or "what if I'm not enough?". For most of us, we consciously decide "I wanna have success" but then the fear is so heavy, you can't turn it off. And so, it's about understanding how that works and how do we learn how to turn off these fears. These fears are irrational, they're not real"

"There's something called Digital Dementia, it's the high reliance on your devide remembering things for you. It should be very concerning that we've lost the ability to remember a phone number or a pin number, or something we just read. Two of the most costly words in business are "I forgot": I forgot that meeting, that conversation, that meeting. On the other side, memory will make you money. We live in an expert economy where people will pay you money for what you know. If you can learn how to focus, remember, read and retain you can apply that towards anything. The most important skill we can all focus on is learning how to learn."
Jim Kwik was once known as the “boy with the broken brain.”
A childhood head injury at age five left him struggling in school. For a while, he even believed he could never be as good as other kids when it came to learning. Jim loved superheroes as a kid – and comic books saved him when conventional education couldn’t. Comic books taught Jim how to read…and they also kept his dreams alive that one day he, too, would find his inner superpower.
Jim discovered that, no matter the circumstances, we can rebuild our brains. And after working on himself, he realized his brain was not broken…it just needed a better owner’s manual. This shattered Jim’s own limiting beliefs – and over time, it became his passion to help others do the same.
For the past three decades, Jim taught his learning techniques to students from universities such as Harvard, CalTech, and Singularity University. As well as executives and employees from companies such as Google, Virgin, Nike, Zappos, GE, 20th Century Fox, Cleveland Clinic, WordPress, and institutions like the United Nations to get the most out of work and life.

"To me it's about the consistency of being as goo at it [content] as you can be consistently forever. It's not about going viral, that may or may not happen. When I think about the viral video that I had, where I'm talking to a woman about self-esteem with her daughter, as you know, that's something I've said a bunch of times. It was just that one was ready to have its moment. I try not to ever tell anyone to overly focus on virality. Attempting virality is a good as a strategy, but it's not a requirement, and nor should it be an expectation,"

"There is no easy way to build Super Fans. Super Fans are built over time and through strong, deep conversations that build these relationships, that really make people trust you. Showing your mistakes, your shortcomings and your failures just as much as you highlight your successes, your triumphs and your wins, I think all of those things are important for building a community of Super Fans. I like to think of it like a tree, where first, you build a strong trunk, a strong foundation, and that is a singular trunk. One niche, one topic. Once you build a strong enough foundation, then you can start to branch off into different directions, because you have enough people who do love you, who care about you, who follow you long enough, and who really are invested. But it takes a while."

"I believe that there is a certain soul or heart that is missing in purely AI generated content. You can feel it. There's something off about it. So what that means is it's an opportunity. I was exploring this theme for a possible book or project. The way I was using AI was by inputing my language, through my phone, verbally. I talk through my ideas and I ask AI to better organize my thoughts. The content itself is still coming from my brain, they're ideas that I might have that are imperfect or flawed, they're human. They're not AI focused. There's a certain human-ness to it. And I use AI to enhance that."

Tony and I said, why don't we create a business that actually shares everything we've learned and our legacy can continue of impacting others when we're gone if we share with others that if you have a life experience, you should be delivering what you know, selling what you know, impacting others and turn this into a business. Add it to the business you already have or start a business. We said let's make everybody feel guilty if they die with knowledge in their head that they didn't share. And that's where the philosophy and the concept of creating Mastermind came from.
Dean Graziosi is a multiple New York Times best-selling author, entrepreneur, and educator. Dean’s mission for over 25 years has been to deliver self-education to those seeking transformation, fulfillment, and success outside the traditional education path.

"We pray for only good things to happen to us. But that's not realistic to expect only good things to happen. So instead of doing that, we can let go of the judgment, what's going to happen next, don't judge if it's good or bad. Just receive. By receiving what's coming into your life, you can feel peaceful, because you have no judgement if it's good or bad. That means you can enjoy either negative or positive. The positive can turn into negative, and the negative could turn into positive. So, when something bad happens, don't judge it, it could be bad, but it could be better. If you have no judgement, enjoy both, enjoy whatever happens, don't be afraid."
